I had to contact them as the tracking said the delivery was still in transit on the 4th, having said it would be delivered on the 2nd. They quickly phoned me back to apologise and say that it the flowers had in fact been delivered on the 2nd but there had been a technical hitch with the tracking process. All sorted and thank you Killian for your prompt phone call. I would use your company again.
