Prior to giving the guys a bad review. The guys at Bloom Magic made it up to me beyond my expectations. So Thank you guys for doing that. My mum was over the moon. I understand now that companies can experience glitches in their ordering system. It's just when you are ordering from the other side of the world it can be a bit tricky. I would diffently recommend them.
