I have ordered numerous bouquets from bloom magic! On one occasion the flowers were damaged on transport (the driver delivered them upside down), bloom magic customer support were amazing and sent out a replacement bouquet & a complementary box of chocolates which arrived first thing the next morning! The quality and design of the flowers are always amazing! The perfect luxurious and unique gift to give, even if it’s for yourself!
