I ordered a Tulip delight gift set which includes Prosecco and Chocolates for a friend's 40th birthday.....The Tulips arrived and they were grand but no gifts.....
Eventually got a condescending email with no real apology telling me that they had refunded me for the gifts ....To expect it in 3-5 days
I was told and I quote they an 'artisan company not an assembly line', it's 3 things....Advertised on their website as a gift set!
No offer to deliver the gifts separately.
Really bad , will never use again or recommend
