Hi,
I was extremely disappointed with this service. I know we are in Unprecedented times but I don't feel that next day delivery should be advertised on flowers if it can not be guaranteed. I ordered flowers on Tuesday evening so delivery should have been Thursday the latest. They were delivered to my friend on the Saturday and by then half were withered or dead. I followed up on the condition of the flower to customer service and was disappointed to not get an email back. I will not be recommending this to a friend. This was 50eur wasted!
