Hi, I stupidly put wrong address on my flowers order yesterday, I contacted James and he arranged for flowers to be picked up and re delivered to correct address straight away, I was so impressed, I will definitely be using this service again and I hope James gets employee of the month as he was so nice to deal with, very professional.
