I ordered a package, Flowers, Wine & Chocolates (plus paid extra for glass vase but 'NO VASE' arrived) on Tuesday for my wife's 60th birthday, the courier whom I had to contact to arrange delivery time was 'FANTASTIC' trying to sort it! But emailing Customer services to inquire why & reply's I received were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL???
