I've paid 10 EUR for delivery (that is a higher price than 8 EUR for delivery and is treated as same-day delivery), and was expecting flowers to be delivered early next day (as my wife had a birthday). I didn't have any indication/call of the time of delivery and this is bad, when I pay for the (almost) same-day delivery. I recommend to add this and make sms/calls for a period of say 4hours when the delivery is expected. 10 EUR for delivery is some money and it should be organised is a proper way. Another thing - I've bought additionally a card with my wish, that I've entered in Russian. There is no indication, that only English is accepted on the website. So in the confirmation email I've noticed that instead of Russian words - there were only ?????. I wrote immediately to the support, and next morning I've received an answer that they can't do anything, as the order is dispatched (so it was dispatched early morning from Dublin and was travelling all day??). So I'd recommend to add this note to the website that it doesn't support different languages encodings. It was my wife's birthday and had to tell to her at 8pm that I've ordered flowers but they hadn't arrived yet (no surprise for her anymore). Finally the flowers were delivered at around 9pm. I must confess - they are very beautiful and of a perfect quality, but the "magic" of the moment was lost, although she was laughing about my ?????congratulation message in the card.
