I ordered flowers for my mother in laws 60th - over Covid we couldn't see her and I paid extra for next day delivery. I contacted Bloom at 4 and I was told the flowers were with the driver and will be delivered, 7pm still no delivery and i was told they deliver till 8pm, 9pm still nothing - when i called they said there was an issue and they couldn't deliver till tomorrow and since these was an delay they would give a free bottle of wine and chocolates - I thought this was fine as I didn't want to cause a fuss. The flowers arrived today with no wine or chocolates as promised and sat in a van all night so they were floppy. I also want to point out it was me contacting the company to see where they were - not once did anyone contact me to tell me they were delayed. Very poor service and communication and will not be ordering again.
