I had two lots of arrangements from you delivered on Sunday 24th of May for my birthday. One of them was lovely and the other one was more or less dead by Monday. I called and left a message and you returned my call and I am happy to say you that your young lady Daisy was very kind and apologised and advised me they would be sending me another bouquet to replace this one. How lovely it was to receive good customer service. Thank You
