Very unhappy with the service. Spent nearly £90 on a deluxe flower and Prosecco gift set for my mother’s birthday. The flowers arrived wilted and when I contacted customer care they agreed to upgrade the bouquet and arrange a new delivery but this never happened. Very disappointing being unable to see my mum for her birthday in this pandemic and for this to happen with her gift. I have now been offered a refund but will stick with more reliable and quality florists in the future.
