Bought a terrarium kit. I knew it was a kit because that's what I wanted..The 'kit' arrived and when assembling the 'kit' there was a distinct lack of soil and charcoal. The images on the website show the assembled kits with significantly more charcoal and soil. The 'kit' looked bare when I assembled it. Not happy with the quality or the fact the item delivered was not as described I contacted the CS department. They don't accept returns. What? The product is not as described, so the don't accept returns. Feels like a con to me. The CS adviser also said I should know what I am ordering....... I did know what I ordered as the description said kit, however the pictures on their site show a lot more soil and charcoal. The kit they supplied would easily fit in a jam jar. If you want to get ripped off buy from this mob. If not go elsewhere!
