“I have ordered 2 kg Chocolate cake for birthday one of my staff in management. I paid additional for bullet dilivery and reminded that make sure the cake must not be damage.
First of all I have never received the cKe on time it was delayed 2 hours. Then once I checked the cake it was damaged and could not present on any of birthday. I contacted and I asked them to change the cKe since it was damaged. Here I wanted to upload the photo but they have system issue and not able to upload the damaged cake photo. They have not changed the same day of birthday. When I asked them to send next day. They confirmed the delivery guy will reach at 9 am. I was coordinating Mr Essam who is taking care of customer care. He was not able to answer me and received the delivery guy at 12 noon. Once I checked the cake. The taste was pathetic and no one like it so I threw it in to the garbage. That was a big insult front of all of my colleague. Worst experience ever. They charged AED 275 /- with pathetic and worst service. I always recommend all of you don't rely on website. The cake they show it's look like fresh but if you receive that be old 2-3 days which won't be huge ic for your health. Be aware from thief such as bloom box”
“My son ordered me a terrainum cost £ 60.00 came late, (Christmas gift)
The plants were nearly dead,came in a separate plastic container inside the box, were bone dry n god knows how long they were in transit
wasn't enough soil etc
Within 3 weeks the plants started dying, contacted the company sent photos etc n basically they weren't interested

“Bought a terrarium kit. I knew it was a kit because that's what I wanted..The 'kit' arrived and when assembling the 'kit' there was a distinct lack of soil and charcoal. The images on the website show the assembled kits with significantly more charcoal and soil.
The 'kit' looked bare when I assembled it. Not happy with the quality or the fact the item delivered was not as described I contacted the CS department. They don't accept returns. What? The product is not as described, so the don't accept returns. Feels like a con to me. The CS adviser also said I should know what I am ordering.......
I did know what I ordered as the description said kit, however the pictures on their site show a lot more soil and charcoal.
The kit they supplied would easily fit in a jam jar.
If you want to get ripped off buy from this mob. If not go elsewhere!”
“I like Bloombox. They hand deliver healthy plants that aren't traumatized by packaging and shipping. This past year,chowever, their prices have really gone up and their selection has diminished. This is really disappointing. I will still order from them but will have to go back to ordering most of my plants on cheaper mail order sites. Sad.”

“Overpriced and Not Great Quality
I ordered 3 plants.
One was ok
One was not in great condition
and one was not in a sellable condition.
I sent an email including photos.
I was told 'its normal for plants to have some browning following transit'
and that
'You should follow the care instructions'
The level of browning on this plant indicates that it was neglected for some time before I received it, so to be told that 'I' should now follow the care instructions....
It's a bit much.
Bloombox consider the plant to be healthy and will not refund.
I will not be buying from this company again.”

“My son gifted me String of Pearls plant from you. Looked this plant info up.and it is poisonous to humans and pets.As I have a young cat and the plant hangs down in strings ready unsuitable. My complaint is that nowhere in your leaflet does warn this plant is not suitable in pet household.”
