“The delivery came with flowers that were bruised. They also have only lasted 4 days. No-one is getting back to me to discuss my subscription. VERY dissapointed.”
“My son gifted me String of Pearls plant from you. Looked this plant info up.and it is poisonous to humans and pets.As I have a young cat and the plant hangs down in strings ready unsuitable. My complaint is that nowhere in your leaflet does warn this plant is not suitable in pet household.”

First off the plants, when delivered correctly, are of the highest quality which is why I kept giving them my business.
However the last 6 ordered I have placed have been completely wrong. They either haven’t showed up at all, shown up twice, or have shown up completely different to what I have ordered! The customer service has been awful and the owner of Bloombox, after my having reached out to her on Facebook messenger as she created a private group for her customers, has blocked me from making any comments on her group! If that isn’t a sign of a guilty conscience... they really need to pull up their socks if they want to keep their business going but as of now, I would not recommend.”
