Really sorry to have to write a bad review here as I had such high hopes for this company. First off the plants, when delivered correctly, are of the highest quality which is why I kept giving them my business. However the last 6 ordered I have placed have been completely wrong. They either haven’t showed up at all, shown up twice, or have shown up completely different to what I have ordered! The customer service has been awful and the owner of Bloombox, after my having reached out to her on Facebook messenger as she created a private group for her customers, has blocked me from making any comments on her group! If that isn’t a sign of a guilty conscience... they really need to pull up their socks if they want to keep their business going but as of now, I would not recommend.
