I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on April 27, 2021 to be delivered on May 7, 2021. On May 7 I received an email informing me that a full refund will be given WITHOUT any explanation. When I called Bloomex they said that due to Covid-19 restrictions they could not find a local florist. REALLY.? Now I need to scramble to get flowers.
