Flowers arrived in poor shape from Toronto branch. Flowers shipped via Purolator and left at front door without ringing the bell in December. See the waybill noted a date of Dec 14th and the delivery was Dec 16th. Hard to believe a florist would use an overnight courier. Bloomex customer service didn't respond to my email inquiries and see they don't have a review section on their website. Highly recommend you don't use them.

The first time I used Bloomex, I was very disappointed, ordered $100+ but they delivered crappy flowers. I thought it was just a mistake, after a year,I didn’t learn my lesson I ordered 2nd time , also worth $100 and delivered wrong flowers , cheaper one with no card message written. The most embarrasing part, those white premium flowers supposed to be for my friend whose father passed away, they sent different colors ugly flowers with a chocolate that I didn’t order that has a print ‘ Be Happy’ , it’s good I was there to console my friend and I asked her who these flowers came from and she said , from me. I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t come see my friend. I was so embarrassed. I called Bloomex and they said that they ran out of white flowers and emailed me about this but I didn’t receive any email, I knew right away that she was lying and I was really mad since this was the 2nd time they did to me, I will never ever use Bloomex anymore. I even emailed them my order#, the photo of the wrong flowers they sent as requested by them but never gotten a reply. I never checked the reviews before ordering.

I would give a -(Minus) if it were provided. Not only did I not receive the " Christmas Glory Supersize " ( which was a beautiful Christmas floral arrangement ) I received a poorly repackaged pile of random chocolate items for which I paid $85.26 plus express fees of $14.99 for delivery before Christmas. It arrived at 9 pm on Dec.31 !! When I contacted them on Jan 3rd I was told they had to substitute my order due to inability to ship my order and would give me a store credit. It was my first and last time dealing with Bloomex.

My Christmas arrangement was delivered to my mother at a nursing home they came frozen solid and the red carnations were broken. The next day once thawed the white carnations were broken and flowers were dead. I sent an email with picture to Bloomex and they stated “ met their standards” very low standards. I found out these flowers travelled in the back of truck for over 6 hours. This was a total waste of money and I requested a refund, bloomex will only provide an instore credit, which I am unable to get to store. I had ordered their Christmas best seller and had it upsized, and looked nothing like pictures. Shame on you bloomex for having such poor quality, will not be a repeat customer.

This company is a scam! They do not deliver what you purchase. Their customer service is a joke. They DO NOT CARE AND AFTER MANY EMAILS AND CALLS, still no response. DON'T USE THIS VERY BAD COMPANY.

Late. Arrangement ordered for recent death in the family ( blue) arrived with bright pink flowers that looked sparse and few. Complained snd never received any response. DONT USE THUS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! false & misleading advertising, I have reported them to fair trading. Flowers recieved are not anything like advertised. See below photos of what is advertised on this website compared to what was recieved

Terrible service They ruined my birthday, didn't deliver the flowers on the right day, and rescheduled the delivery without even asking me, to a day when I wouldn't even be at the hotel anymore. The Indian guy from customer support lied that he canceled the order, but in reality, he didn't. It's simply disgraceful. And they don't return the money.

Bloomex is a scam. Dead flowers, wrong replacement, misleading photos, and zero response after multiple attempts to contact them. I’ve contacted my credit card company for a chargeback and reported Bloomex to the Better Business Bureau. Avoid.

If I could give zero stars I would.. I live 7 hours from my mom stepdad and grandma well I sent a basket $130 on Dec 23 after 12 pm with promised same day delivery which I really did not expected because I have done it before and they messed up so not the first experience so as I expected not delivery so I wait for it to get there on christmas eve still didn't show up so I ask after christmas to just cancel now since it was for the dinner they had no we can't do that so its now going in to January 1st tomorrow still no basket no refund and not an answer or a call back so basically had 130 stolen from Bloomex never use this company if you value your money..

They took my money and did not deliver the flowers. I have been on hold for over 2 hours on their “customer service” line and no one has picked up. I suspect this company is fraudulent - do not use!

I placed an order on the 23rd for the 24th. On the 24th they sent me an email saying they can't deliver until the 30th. They refused to send my money back and didn't deliver the 24 roses I paid for. DO NOT use Bloomex

Ordered a basket of flowers for Xmas and they sent something totally different. If it’s not available, then take it off the site for ordering. Or put out of stock!! Pictures below. It’s the one I ordered and then this is what they sent!

Fraudsters. Photos and descriptions on the website do not match what they deliver. They have the right to substitute flowers due to seasonal availability, which is fine, but what they tend to do is just eliminate flowers with no substitution. We have ordered twice in my household and both times what was delivered was an embarassment. They only offer store credit and no refunds (even partial) but honestly it's best to just not use this company.

Did not deliver on date. Now delivery will be 10 days late if it gets there at all. I suspect delivery person kept flowers for herself.

Bloomex advertises wonderful items. However, what they deliver is totally opposite of what they advertise! I had ordered a Deluxe Poinsettia and Fruit Basket, for my sister and her family. What they received was a disgrace! In the Fruit was limes, lemon, grapefruit, a rotten plum. No where near what one would expect to be in a deluxe basket! You can tell from the photos, that a deluxe basket was not delivered!!! And for the Poinsettia, they didn't have any and sent a small red floral plant!!! Sent them an email and in the email, I made it perfectly clear that I did not want a "store credit" and if they didn't rectify this, that I was going to do a Google Review that they would not like! Today, I received an email and they will only offer a "store credit". They said in their email that at times, items may not be available! What a poor excuse of a company! Nothing but scammers!! Stay away from this company!!!

if I could rate it a zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for family that was supposed to be delivered on a specific day they switched the day to which I emailed no and that I wanted a refund. they never replied and delivered on said day ( I was NOT home or available ) flowers sat outside apartment for 8* hours to when I was home. they were wilted and falling off. this is expensive to pay for flowers that are like this. customer service Is poor and isn’t willing to help or refund. when it was they’re doing for my disatisfaction. I will not be ordering from or recommending this company ever again

DISHONEST! Paid $122 for a Christmas table centrepiece with flowers and candles. Was sent a small bouquet of daisies with a few roses and filler, worth $30-$40 tops. Photos included of what I ordered vs what was sent. Called to sort it out and was told they were short on inventory so made a swap. Pointed out the obvious price difference and was told they don’t give refunds. Sent me a $20 coupon to buy from them again lol TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY - BUY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered 3 baskets (for gifts) to be delivered December 22/25. Baskets were all identical, not one of the 3 included any Lindt products as shown in pics. Delivery driver rang bell and left on step. Luckily we were home (as he did not wait for us to answer) the product would have been totally frosted if not frozen if left out. Sent a complaint to them immediately after delivery, have not had any response. Will not be using this company ever again.

I ordered plants for my wife, but instead of plants, a food basket arrived instead. I was informed that they subsituted the food because they could not deliver the plants due to the cold weather. If I would have known the plants could not be delivered, I would never have ordered them in the first place!
