No contact with me the receiver. Found them on my doorstep with barely any water in the vase. Who knows how long they sat out there for. Two days later the flowers were starting to wilt. Very disappointed, these were a birthday gift from my daughter in England. Do better!

BEWARE – SCAM Updating as this goes, but right now: they couldn’t deliver what they promised and are refusing to refund me. I spent almost an hour on the phone being told everything would be fine—location confirmed, delivery date confirmed. Then the day of delivery, my order gets put into “investigation” and no one even tells me. I had to chase them down myself. When I finally got through, all they could offer was delivery 4 days later (completely useless) and no refund—just a credit with restrictions. Not acceptable. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager—apparently that’s not possible. They can only “submit a ticket” for a callback… which never happened. On top of that: They can’t even tell me which florist my order was sent to Customer service replies feel copy-paste/automated I’ve asked repeatedly for a phone call and get ignored Now they’re publicly saying they “can’t find my order” So here it is: Invoice #5437789 At this point, this feels completely dishonest. Don’t trust the initial “good service”—it means nothing when they can’t follow through and won’t make it right.

I really try not to write any negative reviews unless it’s serious and raises awareness in others. I placed a flower bouquet for my wife’s birthday—an occasion of deep personal significance. Last year, due to a serious injury, I was unable to do anything for her birthday. This year, I made a deliberate effort to make it special. Your company failed me completely. At the time of purchase, your representative, Mike, explicitly assured me that delivery would be completed by 12:30 PM. Around 2 pm after talking to another agent "Fred " assured that the delivery would be done by 6 pm. None of the commitments was honoured. The order did not arrive until approximately 8:00 PM—over seven hours late. By then, the damage was already done. My wife had left with her friends, and my children—who had been waiting—were forced to leave as well. The entire purpose of the surprise was destroyed. The moment was lost. What followed was even more unacceptable. Upon opening the package, I found the flowers to be dried, lifeless, and of shockingly poor quality. The teddy bear was deformed and mushy, the glass vase was broken, and the card was bent and carelessly handled. This was not a delivery—it was a complete disregard for basic standards of service and dignity. One word HORRIBLE. Stay away from them, and spend your hard-earned money on your loved one at the local florist who works hard, not on these kinds of commercial, unprofessional, no personal blood thirsty ones.

I ordered a $150 floral spray for an out of town funeral from my father and family for his last brothers funeral. The morning of the funeral i was emailed to say they could not get the delivery done. The offered to send different flowers to one address the NEXT day. Not acceptable. I would not have even known if i didnt check my email. I called and they said all they could do is cancel to refund. Then i got an email indicating that they would not refund, rather give me a one time credit that i had to use all at once, and it didnt even cover taxes or delivery. Dont use Bloomex. Horrible service. Not what i needed for an already stressful time.

Not only did Bloomex fail to deliver flowers on time, they sent flowers via Purolator to a location nearby for pick-up 2 weeks later while those receiving the flowers were not even home. Rather than offering a refund or trying again, they added insult to injury by offering a measly discount on a future order - brutal!

Terrible, they have now stuffed up THREE orders and no assistance!! One of these being for a death for family in a different state and they didn't send them at all. Customer service and their solutions have been outrageously absurd and ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLOOMEX EVER

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! I ordered a large standing funeral arrangement, but without any notice, Bloomex substituted it with something completely different and inappropriate. Instead of the substantial arrangement I selected, they delivered a small vase arrangement that even included blue flowers—hardly suitable for a funeral setting. The size, quality, and overall presentation fell grossly below expectations, especially given the emotional importance of the occasion. This was not a minor substitution—it was a significant downgrade. When I contacted customer service, the only resolution offered was store credit. Given this experience, I have no confidence in using their services again. Additionally, as a U.S. customer, a credit with a Canadian florist is not practical. Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT USE!!

Send Blooms Canada is Bloomex. I had the same awful experience with them as I have had with Bloomex and now I know why. Deceitful, terrible customer service, terrible products and no integrity. I attempted to rectify the issue I was having by Live Chat, Email and by phone. I finally received an email from Send Blooms Canada that was signed at the end by Bloomex. I will no longer order flowers from them or anyone else for that matter. I will be sure to let people know that they are one and the same company.

I ordered a bouquet for my Aunt after surgery. I wasn't stuck on a delivery date. They had to change the date but added a little box of cookies. She loves the cookies and even though the flowers don't really resemble the photo they look pretty nice.

I tried to order flowers for out of town, website wouldn't let me complete the order nor cancel it. I called the 1-888 number, the woman (who I could tell was working from home, there were kids yelling in the background) said the postal code was wrong. I Googled it, it was correct. I asked her to cancel the order. She confirmed I would not be charged. Surprise, I was charged $57.73 for $39.99 flowers, $14.99 delivery and $2.75 GST. I have now been advised that they won't give me my money back but that I now have a store credit of $57.73 for PRODUCT .. so I have to now spend $57.73 on flowers PLUS add delivery and GST on top of that. Really wish I had read reviews beforehand. Terrible company, terrible policies, terrible all around.

Never, never use BLOOMEX services. My niece ordered a plant and speciality balloons from the US for the 75th birthday. Instead of sending the plant, they sent a cheap flower bouquet with NO balloons. When phoned to ask about the WRONG order delivered, they said, 'oh, we didn't have the plant. So we sent flowers'. They didn't even bother to call the sender for order change. The total amount paid for this order was USD 70 which needless to say, gone down the drain. Majority of their reviews on Google and BBB are 1* but in fact, they are 0*.

First time I ordered a bouquet, the delivery was never made. After calling and asking why, the receptionist said a glitch caused the warehouse to not receive the order. When the next delivery date came, they dropped off the flowers at a VASTLY different time than instructed so they weren't received correctly. Instructions were for after 5pm, delivery was made before 11am. Lastly the flowers I ordered were not even CLOSE to resembling what the picture portrayed. Worst delivery I ever seen by far.

The owners of this company have no integrity. Their advertising is false and misleading. I ordered flowers for my sister's 70th birthday. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the ones I had ordered and they were in a bad condition. I rang the company three times and was told that I needed to forward photographic evidence of my order, as well as photos of the flowers received. I was told the 'email investigation team' had to look at it! They could give no explanation as to why the wrong flowers had been sent - the order number on my original order did not match the order on the box in which the flowers arrived and they had no answer for that either. On the third call, I asked for a refund and was told I would not get a full refund. They said someone would be in touch and that never happened! I rang again after a couple of days, the merchant apologised and said that someone would be in touch. Noone had ever contacted me. The owners of this company make a living out of lying to people and stealing from them- I hope that anyone who is about to purchase from these people reads all these truly worrying reviews. It is reprehensible that they are allowed to continue operating.

Placed order for 03/14 moms 80th birthday, they switched it to 03/13 day early no problem. Flowers didn’t arrive on that day. New date changed to 03/17. Still didnt arrive on the 17th. Delivered day later on the 03/18. Also flowers arrived dry and starting to wilt. Sorry too bad, our policy is no refunds just some store credit was their response. I made an order 2 days ago for a small bouquet with Bloomex (by phone) to be delivered to a relative in a location across the country. The Bloomex.ca customer service rep was friendly, polite, well spoken, a good listener and very thorough. Subsequently I had second thoughts about the size of the bouquet, so I called back to cancel - and then re-ordered a larger size. The rep was very understanding and patient. Sure enough, the bouquet was delivered the next day, as promised. I was told that I would receive a full refund within a few days for the order that I had previously canceled. I'll find out tomorrow or the next day whether or not my refund has been debited to my credit card. If it is, all I can say is that doing business with Bloomex - even with the impulsive change I made - was a pleasant experience.

I ordered flowers on the 3/03 to be delivered to a funeral on the 05/03, received an email on the 06/03 saying they couldn’t do the delivery, when I asked for a refund they offered to do the delivery on the following Tuesday, just a week later. Had no intention of refunding and used false advertising saying no delivery fee, but added a service fee

Flowers were okay - smaller than picture and I got the deluxe . To make matters worse I’m a Canadian living in the states and used my Canadian credit card - they charged me in US dollars the Canadian quoted price . When I got my statement they refunded some of the money but not the amount the credit card charged me extra with bank fees. It was a bouquet for 107 and I paid 152 Canadian with the visa conversion of 1.42 . If they were going to charge in AUD dollars they should have charged me the converted price - I will never order from them again.

Buyer beware . I feel scammed a big time. Ordered a big bunch of flowers and paid more to make it an oversize bunch for my daughter's birthday. Instead they delivered few old cheap flowers that was different from their pictures and explanation of flowers. they were old and in a terrible shape. I tried to call them with no success. Terrible company , but good in marketing and online scam.
