DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! Delivers 6 days late, and a much cheaper, low grade version of what is displayed online. Embarrassing! Customer service does nothing to help. No communication with customer about delivery issues for certain cities.

Ordered flowers for a friends family Sympathy Bouquet , Flowers got delivered 4 days later, and Damaged, roses were already turning brown, ties that were suppose to keep everything together was snapped and also snapped the stem of lily's. They offered me a bonus of their gourmet chocolates , to make things better , instead they sent chocolate covered coffee beans? Really ?? Im done with this company. Id rather go and call a local flower shop , Im about 2 hours from where this delivery had to be.. Bloomex Sorry you wont have my business anymore , and your replay to my numerous emails haven't been returned,,, I dont call that customer service.. do you? CIAO !

I ordered flowers for my daughter and after they did not arrive 2 days after the ordered date I asked that they be cancelled. Bloomex support REFUSED to cancel and give me a refund saying that I could get a $20 credit because the flowers had been prepared, ordered and delivered - even though they were not delivered!! For the next 5 days I was backwards and forwards with them and they still refused and processed the order anyway. The flowers arrived 7 days late - completely dead. I posted a review and the person responding asked that I send an email to an online review email address - which I did and NOONE responded to it. I also sent photos of the dead flowers and I had the same response about the credit and they offered a basket of goodies which I did not want. All I wanted was a refund. DONT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY. I have NEVER been treated so badly.

I ordered a poinsettia plant for my sister and Bloomex substituted a sad looking gift basket without consulting me. I’m sure my glucose intolerant sister is really going to enjoy that. Bloomex told me they don’t send poinsettia plants in cold weather. So why did they take my order and my money? Now they say they will offer me a store credit. I don’t plan on ever dealing with these rip off artists again. Do yourself a favour and shop at local florists.

If I can give zero star, I would! I ordered a particular stuffed animal to go with my bouquet for a special meaning, and they replaced it with a plane teddy bear without telling me! The person who received it did not understand why she was getting it. The message on the card was referring to what I was sending and this plain teddy ruined the whole gift idea. I reached out to Bloomex, they refused to refund me the value of the stuffed animal, saying they have no refund policy! I understand when it comes to flowers they might not be able to have the exact same bouquet they are showing and havd that kind of policy, but not when it comes to real products! That is illegal behavior!They didn't have the product I ordered, yet they let me place the order and replace the item with what they want! It s like buying a dress online and receiving a skirt because they re out of stock! This is real scam hidden behind a nice vitrine! They offered to give me a credit on my next order!!!! Meaning they re forcing me to still give them my business! No thank you! You can shxve you 25$ credit. They did not refund me even after asking to send pictures! You are a scam!

The bouquet was delivered on time, the box was beautiful, the bouquet was an embarrassment, even the Bloomex guy said it was bad when he looked at the photo, I had to pick out a dead flower when we got it, the 2 roses won't last the day, it was not arranged, it was stuffed in a jar, I am horrified by what was sent for what I paid.

had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a birthday gift in advance, but it was not delivered on time—nor did they notify me that it would be a week late. To make matters worse, they quickly charged my credit card, but failed to communicate any delays or offer a solution. This lack of transparency and poor customer service ruined the surprise and left me frustrated. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I highly recommend others be cautious when considering this company for time-sensitive purchases.

I have been a long time customer with Bloomex and only a couple of times Did I have any issues which were resolved right away. Not this time Had the worst experience with a company I've ever had. I ordered flowers for my wife's and my Wedding anniversary. I spent a lot of time picking out the right flowers and colors Making sure I got what she likes. Also I asked for them to be delivered in the morning and a certain day for I was only gonna see her for a couple of days Before she went away for the week. So the day before I get an email basically saying the florist couldn't do what I ordered. So I thought ok they would still be a nice bouquet. So the next morning I waited and then all afternoon till around 5 before they got here. But again I thought great they made it before we went out. So I proudly gave to my wife expressing my love for her and gave her the box to open. My wife was so sweet trying to arrange them to look good and was having a hard time so I went over to her to see why she was having a tough time organizing them . ( she was trying to arrange the 6 or 8 good stems we received) Well what I saw made me extremely upset the colors weren't even close they were limp and some of them buds included where dead. So I immediately sent an email to Bloomex to resolve and let them know how unhappy I was for this aweful flowers we were sent and then I went to a local grocery store and found some flowers the matched the colors And the bouquet was full and beautiful and I paid 25.00 less for. ( I Will attach pics of what I ordered what I got and what I got locally. ) so now my wife was happy and myself with her anniversary flowers. So after 16 emails and a phone call with Bloomex trying to get a refund For a poor product all they would offer me was a store credit or another delivery. I told them another delivery was no good cause my wife would not be here and I would like a refund for all the terrible service I got and was gonna delete my account and not deal with them anymore. I also asked for their head office and or executive email To voice my complaint on this whole matter . Well long story short l got no emails no refund and my final email said either store credit or another delivery or nothing. So I felt I was between a rock and a hard place and didn't want to lose my money so I ended up taking the store credit so I wouldn't. So let me tell you you as soon as I'm done my account will be deleted... for this company shows no loyalty to their customers or real money satisfaction. They would have just kept my money for a terrible order and they should have gone after the florist who supplied the flowers. So again this tale is a warning if dealing with Bloomex for now I will pay a little more or less with FTD products or support locally when I can ... got to say 2 thumbs down Bloomex. I've let many people know of my experience as you know the saying " I tell 2 people they each tell 2 people and so on.

BEWARE OF BLOOMEX. They use the fraudulent BAIT AND SWITCH tactic to sell flowers. If you read these reviews, just like my experience, the flowers they send to the recipient, are not the flowers in the pictures they advertise, that you purchase. They do this with far too many customers for it to be a mistake here and there. 1) I ordered 10 long stemmed Calla Lilies to be delivered. ii) They sent out a mix of a few cheaper carnations, some fern greenery, and 2 roses. 1. They could have told me by phone, when I ordered my flowers by phone, that they didn't have the flowers I was purchasing by phone, in stock, but they didn't tell me because didn't actually know. Meaning they wanted the sale at any cost. They have no idea if the flowers in their pciture ads are in stock, because they are not the direct florist. Bloomex contracts the sale out to be prepared by a florist, who many or may not have the flowers you order, that you based on the respective Bloomex picture ad. 2. They deliver the wrong flowers, and after you see a picture of what they sent, they merely send an apology email or offer a store credit. They refuse to refund. Their apology letter states "they confirmed the order" which is why they won't refund. I stated NO ONE confirmed with me by phone when I placed the order, or called me to tell me they didn't actually have those flowers I purchased, BEFORE they prepared my order. They did NOT give me the choice to say, "No thankyou, please cancel my order." Reading these reviews, they do this with a high percentage of customers. 3. Meaning, they just use the term they "confirmed the order" to explain an order was placed, and the credit card transaction went through. Therefore they are dishonest in suggesting they confirmed the order with me, plus they use the unethical and fraudulent business tactic of BAIT AND SWITCH. You buy based on a pretty photo and they send something completely different. 4. I called my credit card company and was refunded as my credit card company saw the photos and pictures from this website that I uploaded, to show them that Bloomex does BAIT AND SWITCH regularly to make sales. 5. I also reported Bloomex to the Better Business Bureau. I think the 4 star reviews on their actual website are fabricated, because when I google Bloomex reviews on unnaffiliated websites, they have the same negative reviews and customers explaining Bloomex either sent out completely different flowers, or flowers that were have dead. They are not an ethical honest company and they use BAIT AND SWITCH to get people to buy. I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend in Quebec for his birthday. He sent me a photo of the flowers and I was extremely embarrassed. They did NOT look like the photo of the flowers depicted on Bloomex's website, were few in number and the least expensive flowers that one could use. The cost was $102.24 US . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

BUYER BEWARE !!!! I’ve used bloomex several times in the past to have flowers delivered to my daughter in NB and mother in Toronto area. This year on my daughter’s birthday I ordered flowers in advance. Long story short BLOOMEX mixed up the postal code even though they repeated the full address on the phone twice to me. My daughter never received her delivery ON her birthday. I called and they would NOT return my money to my credit card but kept insisting it was delivered !!! So essentially I had paid almost $100 for air !!! I asked for a call from a manager, but no one called me back - terrible service ! After several frustrating calls and my blood pressure escalating the flowers were delivered a week and a half later , long past her special day. And the kicker to add to it all …, they were the wrong flowers and absolutely horrible !!!!! I will be telling everyone I know. I also told the agent when I called back for the fifth time to remove my phone number and email from their list after my flowers get delivered , and after I got of the phone again , ticked off - they sent me another survey asking me how my experience was. OMG !!!!DO NOT USE BLOOMEX !!! True story - GA from Tecumseh , Ontario

I wrote a review a week ago after getting what I though was excellent service. I have used Bloomex for a couple of years now and they have been quite good. But this last time was extremely disappointing. I ordered roses, wine and truffles for my mother's 88th day. I am in BC and the order was for Ontario. The flowers and chocolate were delivered but the $20 bottle of wine was not included. When I reached an agent they wanted a specific numbrper of pictures in JPEg to prove this. I explained that #1, this was a surprise gift so she didn't know the wine was missing, therefore no pictures were taken other than another elderly friend taking one of her holding the roses. I was told all I could get was a store credit...since I have decided I will not use them I want a refund to my credit card. Not possible, only photo proof can be accepted. I would understand if I was a new customer, but as stated, I have been using this company for 3 years, thay had all my info...all I wanted was either a new bottle delivered or refund to my card. Did I mention I am a 68 year old on a very fixed income myself? Well, keep the $20..hope it was worth the bad review and a lost customer

The worst site ever. The worst customer service, very bad quality, they delivered sm arrangement that came destroyed vase crushed they didn’t even care. That is the worst place I ever encountered. Never again.

Service pitoyable. J’ai utilisé Bloomex à cause de la distance. J’ai commandé un panier de fruits qui n’a pas été livré le jour même, le lendemain un panier cadeau biscuits à été livré et laissé à la porte toute la journée ET contenait le mauvais message Happy Birthday Gary to the best son ever signed mom and dad, de un je n’ai pas de fils au nom de Gary et le père de mon fils est décédé wow. Mon message était Prompt rétablissement, jamais plus jamais. Les biscuits et friandises valaient à peine 25 dollars chez Dolorama wow encore. Aidez à ce que cet entreprise arrête de berner les gens, ne commandez pas. Pas de remboursement non plus, des dollars bloomex sont offerts pour une prochaine commande, quelle farce.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT A GOOD COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company. I place and order for condolence to a family when I paced the order I was told by customer support I will get a picture of when the order was completed. I ordered white flowers, extended bunch, a glass vase and a card with a white flower. Before the order was completed I double check with the sales person please make sure my order is what the receiver is going to receive. Customer support guaranteed me it will be what I ordered. Once the order went through I received 6 emails. Within 15 I received another email my order was changed. I called right away not understanding the customer support person I had to say to her "please slow down" she was speaking so fast I didn't and asked her why my order was changed she said "while the order was being place they ran of of white flowers or the original order I placed. I honestly think this was a lie they just wanted my business. I asked the person the flowers was sent too please send me a picture of what they got. My order was whited flowers they sent a bunch of summer color flowers half of the flowers was dead. I then sent in a complain and within 24hours I received an email saying I got a credit of $59.99 in store. I replied back asking what in house store I can used in the location I am from also why not refund my $116.00. Its been two days and I haven't heard from the company. I wish to receive my money back or what ever store credit you wish to return Issues downloading the flowers, but will to send via email .
