Ordered flowers as per picture for same day delivery. Flowers arrived completely different to what I thought I’d purchased - 2 small bouquets put together complete different flowers and colour scheme. They couldn’t even be bothered mixing the flowers together at least - just literally grouped them together and thought that was adequate. And the flowers looked old. Given how expensive flowers are. I can’t get over how bad this was!!

Terrible organisation! Advertise same day delivery and 3 days later still waiting for flowers to be delivered. They refuse refunds. Total scam. Stay away.

Stay away from this company. You will be disappointed with their products and service. Flowers are nowhere close to what is advertised and 3x smaller than what is advertised.

I just ordered some sympathy flower for my aunt in NZ from UK. I spoke to Josh who was very patient and helpful. Also really good value. I wanted a dozen red roses customised to be red and white in a blue vase. Was very happy with my experience.

After completing the necessary delivery information and PAYING for the order online, I get an 1-888 call. With so many unwanted advertising/scam calls, who answers a 1-888 # anymore? Shortly afterwards, I get an email from Bloomex informing me that the delivery address provided is outside their local delivery areas. SERIOUSLY?? Why isn't there a flag indicating that when you're originally filling in the delivery info - and BEFORE I pay for it!! They wanted to know if I could provide an alternate address, or they could place my order on hold, or issue a full store credit under my Bloomex account. Why, oh why, would I keep a credit in my account when I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN? I sent an email (as indicated in email) to try to arrange something, and share my frustration of their poor website information. That was 4 hours ago. Guess my sister's milestone birthday flowers will not happen. But I will do everything possible to warn people NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF IT'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My delivery was a gift . I asked for a delivery for 15th of August. They delivered 13 th , no one was home. They did find the flowers not the chocolate. Bloomex will never send you a notification saying something . Delivered or not , never know what is happening. Will never use again. Really bad customer service

Was supposed to be lily vase and we received 5 half dead white roses. Don't order from Bloomex. When call was made to company they did not care.

If I only could 0 stars. Delivery day was changed, birthday package came all in unacceptable wet condition-flowers all changed, card all wet and ripped, ballon deflated. Customer service is awful no resolvers in normal condition, no refund. Never deal with this company-total scam and rip off!

On top of many other problems with the order, they guaranteed that it will be delivered today by 8 PM and now they’re saying it won’t be delivered for another three days and they changed the flowers saying they weren’t available plus I got hung up twice while calling them

This is a scam! Use another business!! Took my money and didn’t deliver the flowers. I chased up a bouquet for 4 days and was given the runaround. No refund, just lies, lies, lies! The flowers are yet to arrive and they were meant turn up for a birthday.

Stay away!!! It’s disgusting how they sell you one thing then claim that it was not available then send a piece of garbage to replace it that I could have picked from my backyard. Don’t waste your money!!!! I wish I had photos

I wish I had checked the reviews before I engaged Bloomex. I lean red this is a low quality, faceless organization that doesn’t care about its customers. I placed an order for a bereavement bouquet of lillies for same day delivery. This to support a work colleague who had recently lost a parent. After the CSR and I landed on the bouquet, they processed the order and took payment. Shortly after I received an email telling me that they didn’t have stock and the lillies would be substituted by another flower. Lillies are what should be sent in this situation, and the company did not check with me and proceeded with the change. I contacted customer support to have them stop the order, but they told me it was already ‘in transit’. They offered no solutions on how to halt the order, and were unable to connect me with any superiors due to ‘policy’. Instead, after speaking with THREE different support agents, the last one agreed to verbally engage their supervisor to have them contact me. I was not interested in hearing from them via email, instead wanting to speak with an accountable person who could take ownership of their service. This was ‘not possible’ and the wrong flowers will/were be sent to my colleague. I’m totally embarrassed about this mistake and will NEVER engage this joke of a company again.

Terrible Service. I ordered flowers for my wife for our wedding day for her getting ready. I paid extra for them to be delivered first thing in the morning. She never received them and they refuse to give me a refund

Booked birthday roses 15/07/25 to be delivered 22/07/25, get a phone call at 10am on 22/07/25 - sorry but we are out of roses and are sourcing a local florist for a replacement bunch. Replacement bunch was a poor quality and no roses includedplus the extras I had paid for were not provided. Horrible customer service, did not get close to the quality I had paid for and the "surprise" delivery was wasted as not delivered until very late after the recipient had left. No response to emails....worst company I have dealt with.

Worse company ever. They told me one day shipping and send the flower 3-4 days later with chocolate that has nuts in it. My mother doesn't even eat that. Wrong product and fake advertising. They send me 5$ for the mistake but charge me 25$ for fast shipping what a joke

I ordered a flower bouquet with delivery, using a discount, and paid $60. Unfortunately, the bouquet looked like they picked the worst flowers they had. My 85-year-old mom was still happy—because that's the kind of person she is—but she deserved so much better. It’s just not fair and this was a real disappointment.

negative - 🌟 wish I had read reviews first! we ordered the beautiful Garden Rose Heart for our Godfathers funeral- $ 300 with delivery. It looked nothing like colors in photo. looked smaller even with us supersizing it ! no beautiful bow either. no full size card we paid extra for . ALL roses we expected were closed?? . It's called Rose Garden . so disappointed and embarrassed! Not worth the 300 we paid ! called told to email . all emails have been ignored . when I call only get machine now . have dispute through my card now- not wasting anymore of my time ! This is deceptive and fraudulent . Terrible business and customer service ! thankfully they were delivered! some customers didn't even get delivery ,a late delivery or cookies instead. Will never spend my $$ here again !

Flowers were late ordered expensive flowers got a 20$ grocery store bouquet the message on the card was completely different than we ask for and did not even make sense call try get straightened out they won’t let you speak to a supervisor and keep hanging up on us
