I have just been informed that Bloomex is issuing a $20 credit. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. We do not want ANY CREDIT with this trash business. Their “customer care” team is useless. I have been trying to deal with them for the last SEVERAL DAYS after my Bloomex order arrived ROTTEN and DAMAGED. Bloomex is STEALING from customers. I am horrified that a company would do this. It is UNACCEPTABLE and UNETHICAL. No one has contacted me about a full refund and it has been DAYS since I issued my complaint. I am appalled that a company could have this poor of customer service. They claim that the quality of the flowers “complies with our policy”. See the photos below for the absolute garbage I was sent and charged $50!!!! They were immediately thrown into the trash bin. Disgusting. What a FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Ordered flowers for my mother’s bday (I live out of province) multiple days before her birthday to ensure an on time delivery, the day-of. After paying $100 for a modest, very simple bouquet they were NOT delivered on her birthday and are currently saying “delivery delay” with no further info other than it will at very least be the next business day. After reaching out to customer service, they basically said there’s nothing they can do, they will not refund or work with me on anything. Perfect! I am beyond frustrated and won’t soon be ordering again from Bloomex

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Bloomex. I ordered funeral flowers, and due to a courier mistake, my order never arrived. Instead of taking full responsibility and offering a refund for the complete failure of their service, they offered me a resend or in-store credit—neither of which were helpful, considering the urgency of the situation. Because of their incompetence, I had no choice but to pay another company to provide flowers for the service. The lack of accountability and their unwillingness to issue a refund is completely unacceptable. Funeral arrangements are extremely time-sensitive, and this company’s careless mistake added unnecessary stress and cost at a very difficult time. I would strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of proper customer service and failure to offer a reasonable resolution is unforgivable. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more reliable business.

Bought and paid for flowers to be delivered for my wife's birthday, for which I was out of town. Specified a delivery between 9am & noon as I knew she would be off work that day and home. I got an email, THE MORNING OF THE DELIVERY, saying they couldn't deliver until later in the day. I replied to the email indicating there would be no one home in the afternoon but they attempted a delivery anyway (this was Jan 20th and temp was -20 celcius so they could not be left on doorstep) and then the delivery person says they called 'the recipient', my wife on her cell, but she did not receive a call nor was there a call on the home line......caller ID doesn't lie. offer was to deliver them today when we are all at work and no one will be home. Tried to cancel the order and get a refund but wouldn't do it. End result was to have them deliver them to my office the next day by 5pm and if they couldn't to donate them to the nearest hospital. Terrible service and will not be using them again and suggest to find someone else.

Delivered flowers a day late… no mason jar that was part of the cost. Flowers were dead. Gave me the choice of credit with company, another bouquet of flowers or a basket of chocolates and cookies. I picked chocolates. Another bouquet of dead flowers arrived, tried again. Chocolates and cookies sent. Large box with four nickel sized cookies. Ridiculous!!!! I’m not sure what is Canadian about this company. Customer service is over seas! It was a fight to get service and definitely substandard.

first order with Bloomex. Quality of the roses..........horrible. Tired to call them 3 times to get ETA for delivery.............each time my call was cut off. Tried to use CHAT...........nobody there. Reached out to complain about the quality of the roses.......they don't care. They don't care it was my first order with Bloomex. They don't care that 3 phone calls all were cut off. THEY JUST DON"T CARE. Don't waste your money with Bloomex

I ORDERED FOR A PARTICULAR SYMPATHY BOUQUET, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL AFTER MY ORDER THAT ( STATUS OF YOUR ORDER NO 4705390 WAS CHANGED). I CALLED THEM UP IMMEDIATELY I RECEIVED THEIR EMAIL TO REFUND BACK.MY MONEY IF WHAT I ORDERED CANNOT BE DELIVERED. THEY OUTGHT TO HAVE CALLED OR EMAIL AND ASK I WANT MY ORDER TO.BE CHANGED TO SOMETHING ELSE. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK... I WISHED I READ THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER!!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered them on a Friday to be delivered the next day. I was called the next day to be told they couldn’t be delivered until Tuesday. When they were delivered on Tuesday, I wasn’t called and the flowers were just dumped on my step. It’s winter in Alberta so they sustained cold damage and are pretty much garbage. I also paid for the supersized option but they are so tiny and underwhelming that I find it hard to believe that’s what I received. I have called customer service yesterday, they told me to send in a picture. I did. With my number. I wasn’t called. I called again today and was told I can not have a refund and I can’t talk to a manager as there’s no direct line. I asked for a manager to call me and I’m still waiting. The flowers looked like a cheap bouquet from a grocery store, the only difference is these have cold damage.

Absolutely unprofessional business. My friend had the worst experience with Bloomex - she wanted to send flowers for her mother's b'day and not just that they didn't deliver but lied stating there wasn't anyone living in the address. Will never recommend them.

Ordered a fruit basket for Friday delivery to Fredericton (no Sat/Sun delivery) for elderly mom. Didn't make "courier connection" so wasn't delivered & I wasn't informed. I called Bloomex on Monday & they said they will send a new order on Tuesday - two days after her birthday! I told them no - cancel the order, I want a refund. Mom calls next day & they've delivered the ordered!!! Call Bloomex back & not only did they lie to me but when I demanded a manager in Canada the agent hung up on me. I've never had a problem before but this takes the cake in horrendous customer service, deceitful business practices and lack or resolution.

DON'T BUY FLOWERS from Bloomex, most of the flowers are wilted/dead and the ferm also had aphids and the arrangement doesn't look at all like the pictures, I had to buy $200 worth of flowers to fix the arrangement sent by Bloomex for my mother's funeral.

If I could give a negative I would. Order arrived a day late with dead flowers and no vase. I’m being told that they were delivered on time that the case had been included and the flowers were fine. I had photos to confirm my statements. The fight is on

THREE weeks late and the flowers were dead (see below). Have never experienced such a horrible company and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund as Bloomex would not do it. STAY AWAY!!

What we ordered and what was sent was COMPLETELY different. Bloomex said it was the same, so we sent pictures and then they said they would re-send the order. They never did. Our daughter sent us flowers and was not pleased as she had paid for deluxe and that was not what we received. Bloomex said it was. Our daughter also sent flowers to a friend and the friend never did receive them. Do NOT use Bloomex they are TOTALLY UNRELIABLE on every level.

Ordered a bouquet of white roses and lavendar buds. Received a bouquet of purple roses, eucalyptus and another kind of white dahlias. When I told them that they had mixed up the bouquet ; they said that it was the correct one and that it respected their subsitution policy. Basically meaning that they can send whatever the heck they feel like, not matter what you buy. Will never use their service in the future.

We were completely disappointed with our gift basket. My inlaws from Australia sent us something during the Canada Post strike. It arrived with the cheapest wine possible and no name crackers and cookies that were stale and tasteless. I tried to contact the company through their website and the only way was a physical address, no email address. I would NOT recommend using this service: poor quality and basic and cheap-looking products.

I ordered a Christmas arrangement and was ASSURED it would be delivered by Christmas. It was not and now saying it will be December 31 st before it's delivered! Not acceptable! When I tried to cancel they said it was too late..... seriously? You deliver my order 12 days after placing it and say I can't cancel? Horrible service, will NEVER use this coming again!!

IF I could rate this florist ZERO stars I would. I ordered a SUPERSIZE Christmas dreams centerpiece for a dear friend for her Christmas table. It was to be mostly green branches with a center candle - NO carnations. It was to be delivered on 24 Dec 24. The delivery went out days early and had already been in transit. The item was NOTHING as I had ordered - was not much bigger than the palm of a hand with mostly dead sprigs, one decimated pine cone and red carnations. NO customer service - NO Tracking as promised until I phoned and NO refund - except a partial credit ordered for future order for a business that I will NEVER EVER support again - SHAME ON YOU!!

Same experience as everyone else, these people are a complete scam. Ordered a Poinsettia and was substituted a basked of candy junk, without even asking if that was OK. Garbage company.
