Absolute rip off and waste of time. Ordered flowers for "next day delivery" as per website, for my Mum's birthday. Nothing arrived then was told due to unforeseen circumstances, couldn't be delivered but they've arranged another local florist to fulfil order for following day. I'm then told it had to come from them and would be shipped Tuesday to arrive Wednesday. Still no delivery despite changing delivery address. I was told from the initial failure to deliver, there would be a complimentary upgrade. The flowers look exactly the same as what I viewed on the website. And they gave me a $25 store credit- useless to me as I will never use this company again. Not only did it arrive 4 days late, they delivered to the original address and not the updated one. The flowers are nice but not worth over $100. Could have got for half the price at the supermarket and given my mum on her actual birthday. Don't waste your time using this company!!!

I used Bloomex last year without a problem and this year they called ME and with this tip I can warn readers. There are multiple reviews of terrible RESULTS and my case is no different. At the last minute they declared a poinsettia undeliverable in winter conditions and instead sent a gourmet basket. They had days in which to warn me of this and let me cancel. Main warning is that they called me. The guy was very polished and attentive and this is what to watch for. Don't be taken in, as I was by slick sales people. He was very anxious that I review him immediately and I can see why. The negatives are about execution and had I reviewed him it would have given the company undeserved points. I can't believe they have gone so wrong.

The worst flower company to deal with. Made an order for delivery the next day. Order was made early in the morning of Nov 11 for a new baby. A few hours later I receive a call from someone I could barely understand and eventually I understood the order would not be delivered the next day but would be delayed 1 day. OK things happen, I was also told that i would receive a free upgrade. I had already purchased the largest flower arrangement and paid $14.99 for delivery. Well the next day, Nov 13 I went on to their chat line, the only way to speak to someone. Well that takes at least 10 minutes for someone to answer. I wanted to make sure the delivery was still happening, as the time was now 8pm in the time zone where they were being delivered. Only to get an answer of the warehouse was closed and they have sent an email for the warehouse to contact me. Next day, Nov 14, no answer, waited almost 15 minutes for someone to answer the chat line, then waited an additional 10 minutes for the response that it was Purolator fault and they finally give me a tracking number. Really who uses a purolator to ship flowers. Looked at the tracking to find out that the flowers had sat in warehouses for 2 nights in 2 different provinces and we're once again on the truck for delivery. Finally around 3pm on what is now 3 days after they were supposed to arrive they arrived. The bundle was small and the flowers were wilted. Go back to the chat and still 2 days later have not received an answer. If you can grow the flowers yourself you are much better doing that than ever using this company. They don't care about you as a customer once they have your money.

I ordered a specific arrangement in a mason jar with same day delivery - paid extra for this - they let me know that they could not do same day delivery but refused any kind of refund or offer to cancel. They then let me know they could not do a mason jar. Again I told them it was not acceptable. I again was not offered a refund, part refund, or the ability to cancel. Would give a negative review if I could… stay away!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Customer service doesn’t answer. They still haven’t delivered after a week. And multiple attempts to get in contact with them. I’m so upset such a waste of 100$ at this point I just need my money back. The website states business deliveries by 5pm. They tried once after 5 and were closed at 5. I also gave an alternate address if it would be late. They never respond to emails.

I ordered a bouquet from Bloomex NZ for my sister, and what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised online. Two days before delivery, they emailed to say some flowers weren’t available which was fine, but what was actually delivered was really ugly and unlike what has been shown online. Crazy because it was not cheap and I actually could get better looking flowers at lower price from local florists. I contacted Bloomex immediately with photos and of course, no reply. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. Do not order from Bloomex NZ (or any Bloomex anywhere)!

EVERY SINGLE THING in basket was substituted with cheap stuff. I paid for supersized and it didn’t happen. No card and squashed bow. After quoting in Cdn$, I was charged in US $. Absolutely disgraceful.

I had a basket and flowers delivered for our anniversary. He ordered an expensive basket with sweets and instead I received anything but sweets, I received Indian tea and coffee which I don’t drink!!! Of course we can’t get in touch with anybody to make the exchange at least with the right order and they said they have in their rules they can change some items. But to change it completely is just outrageous and for them to recognise that give them no merit of existing as a business. They won’t last long on the market this way! Hope people don’t use them as they as unreliable as one business can be.

I phoned from Australia for a delivery to Canada. Salesperson was in Toronto. Canadian delivery, Canadian base. 5 minutes later I checked online banking and I was charged AMERICAN dollars!!!!!!! What a RIP OFF. Phoned them back and guy just said sorry. If I cancelled order he couldn’t refund all my money. Are you kidding me???!!!! Worst company ever.

Worse flower company ever. Delivered was not on time. Received 50% of the flowers that were in photo. I complained and got a $20 credit. Then when I reordered to use credit they said they could not deliver to the same address that they did 3 weeks previous. Ridiculous. Absolute worst online company. I got so fed up I cancelled 2 nd order and they will not refund money plus the original store credit. Only the second order funds after the credit was applied

It’s a pity I have to give even one star, as they truly deserve none. I placed an order in June, paid for it, and I’m still waiting for delivery. Despite numerous follow-ups, they never get back to me — only saying I should “give it time” as they are “investigating.” Extremely poor service. Zero stars from me.

The gift of flowers should not result in a punishment of regret for the giver. The website ordering process can lead to confusion and if you need to clarify an issue once an order is placed, good luck to you. You will not know what’s going on despite your attempts to gain clarity through customer service. Bloomex needs an entire communications rethink. Go out of your way to find an alternative to Bloomex. Create an alternative if need be! Perhaps don’t send flowers.

I ordered flowers that were specific to what the recipient liked, not only were they more than 2 weeks late for mothers day, but they sent roses instead. When I contacted them, they said i should be happy that I received roses because they were better than what I had ordered. I asked them for the correct delivery, and after much dispute they agreed. They never delivered on their promise.

Warning: Bloomex New Zealand Flowers – A Disappointing Experience I placed an order for a deluxe bouquet for a special occasion for my brother. I regret not checking reviews before placing my order with Bloomex New Zealand. What my brother received was far from what was advertised and what I paid for. I paid extra for the deluxe version of a flower bouquet, expecting something special. Instead, he received wilted, rotten roses that looked nothing like the promotional image. To make matters worse, they threw in two $1 (probably) New Zealand hot chocolate —presumably to justify the inflated cost and trying to make me happy. It’s deeply frustrating to see a flower company treat overseas customers this way. The quality was unacceptable, and the experience felt like a complete rip-off. The flowers had to be thrown in the garbage the same day and the cheap hot chocolate was discarded too.

I rang them up. They said they could deliver some flowers for my friends birthday in Port Macquarie. I’m from the Gold Coast so I agreed beautiful six roses champagne chocolates. I paid and then I get an email saying it’s been changed until the next day and they gave me a tracking number. I checked on the check-in number and it seemed to stop just after cough harbour so I rang them up and said hey what’s happening with the truck? They said don’t worry you get it today. I said yeah because it’s her birthday today. Now yesterday you didn’t deliver it. I waited until 9 o’clock. The truck hasn’t moved. Apparently she hasn’t received it until the third day. Flowers are dried out the wine. No good. The chocolate melted. She’s at Work. I’m hoping to get a text from her, but I know she won’t say nothing but I think it’s disgusting. I’m gonna pass this company on that they’re no good and they don’t keep their promise and my Friend’s birthday was wrecked thanks and the driver didn’t take a photo of them so I’m just waiting for my girlfriend to get back but knowing her I know what she say. They’re beautiful even if they’re not. I’m hoping to get her to take a photo so I can put it up on Internet.

I gave one star because they don’t allow for zero stars. This company has gone downhill. DO NOT order from them at all. They do not refund. They do not adhere to delivery dates. It’s a total gong show. I used to really like them but huge difference in past year. Save your money and order locally from a flower company that’s probably less expensive anyways.

Too bad there is no ZERO stars.I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. TERRIBLE service. I ordered a bouquet for my niece's birthday and got the confirmation.5:30 that day they never arrived,I called customer service to be told that they would be delivered the next day(today)..and was hung up on. Just called again,and they have no idea where the flowers are,and was hung up on again. DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX,SUPPORT LOCAL FLORISTS WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.LESSON LEARNED.

Should be able to give no stars. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered and got confirmation that my order was being processed but later on in the day got an email advising they had not been able to secure a courier to deliver the flowers and that they would be delivered the following Tuesday, 4 days after my requested/accepted delivery date. I requested a refund so I could look elsewhere but did not get a response. I did get an email apologising for the delay and letting me know my flowers would be upgraded. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday afternoon, four days after the birthday, a very small bunch of flowers, not what I imagined especially for the amount I paid and no idea what the upgrade was!

I ordered flowers for a birthday the next day only to be told just before 5:00pm on the birthday that delivery was delayed by 4 days. Then I got an email saying it had again been delayed an additional day. If this had been a funeral or wedding would that have been acceptable. I am now trying to obtain a refund not a store credit.
