When I contacted the company, this is the response I got. \"Upon reviewing the provided pictures, we confirmed that the arrangement you received adhered to our policy and item description. While we strive to source flowers that closely resemble the images on our website, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and natural variations in crops. Additionally, flowers may shift during transportation or vary in appearance depending on the angle of the photograph. Nevertheless, the florist maintained the design and color scheme of the arrangement, resulting in a fresh and beautiful presentation\" Very disappointed and won't use Bloomex again. The item sent was more than a variation, it was nothing like the one on the website. Lesson learned"

"I paid an order with delivery on 15th of February, and is not arrived yet. When I contacted their chat to ask for details, some guy told me the order was returned to warehouse and he asked me to pay again for delivery and give him my card details, including CCV code. This is robbery !!What deplorable services."

"I ordered my mom a basket entirely of chocolate and they sent her pate and olives. She will not eat a single thing in the basket. I sent 2 emails with no response back. The next day I called and they said they would re-issue the basket. It\u2019s now been over a week and still no basket. I also paid extra for a card and a balloon and neither was in the original basket. My poor mom still has no birthday gift basket."
