negative - 🌟 wish I had read reviews first! we ordered the beautiful Garden Rose Heart for our Godfathers funeral- $ 300 with delivery. It looked nothing like colors in photo. looked smaller even with us supersizing it ! no beautiful bow either. no full size card we paid extra for . ALL roses we expected were closed?? . It's called Rose Garden . so disappointed and embarrassed! Not worth the 300 we paid ! called told to email . all emails have been ignored . when I call only get machine now . have dispute through my card now- not wasting anymore of my time ! This is deceptive and fraudulent . Terrible business and customer service ! thankfully they were delivered! some customers didn't even get delivery ,a late delivery or cookies instead. Will never spend my $$ here again !

Flowers were late ordered expensive flowers got a 20$ grocery store bouquet the message on the card was completely different than we ask for and did not even make sense call try get straightened out they won’t let you speak to a supervisor and keep hanging up on us

Bloomex have been unhelpful to the max. Delivery showed up 3 days late with all flowers dead except one rose and some things missing from the delivery. Speaking with their customer service is like speaking to the wall save your time and saliva. 0% recommend they simply do not care and offer no compensation for horrible service either.

Dead flowers a day late with the only compensation offered (and after a few emails to so-called customer service) was $15 off my next order. Ha! Like that was going to happen. Do not use Bloomex!

My 1st order went well. The 2nd order did NOT. I never got a confirmation email/text/order number and keep getting texts/calls saying that I left something in my cart. 2 additional orders went thru on my credit card ( see why they make you pay before filling in the delivery details) I tried using their live chat and no 1 responded. I have called them 3 times and they hang up after 1 minute. I have tried leaving messages to cancel my orders and my account. the webpage is stuck on my delivery details and the only option is to 'complete order' and no option to go back to cancel. Would not recommend

Ordered 4 days in advance, the following day sent a message to costumer service explaining I needed the flowers delivered before noon or the recipient would be gone. They replied that they received and forwarded my request. The day came, they did not deliver before noon. I called costumer service the worker told me they could not guaranty a specific delivery time and that I should’ve taken the morning delivery option and hung up on me. They had 3 days to tell me that it would not be possible or ask me to pay for morning delivery, but instead they made it sound like it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. The costumer service rep was rude about my complaint, before hanging up on me mid sentence. Would not recommend, never ordering from them again.

ordered $100.00 bouquet of flowers for a funeral. Paid for the "supersize" package and it was pathetically small, sparse, only about 6 large flowers, the rest were leaves. We won't be using them again. A big disappointment. I would not recommend this company.

I won’t even give this a star. Your company and members are cooks. Bought my mom some flowers for Mother’s Day and from what I ordered and what she got 4 days later is garbage. Called customer service and they WONT let you talk to a manager, nor refund my mom. You’re an absolute disgrace. Didn’t get a refund. Haven’t had anyone call me back.

The order was not delivered and they would not use the phone number provided in the order to complete the delivery. Even after trying to work with Bloomex, their cutoff was 130p and drivers were no longer available. Given I could have completed the order with another company, I wanted to cancel but they said they would only give me store credit.

I ordered flowers June 2 to be delivered June 3, at 5PM on June 3 they still hadnt been delivered. I sent a chat in the online chat and they tell me that they had been delivered. My daughter had opened the doors to her new business that day and I couldnt be there in person, so these were important to me to have there upon opening. She never received them until she returned to the office on June 4, the flowers were wilted and dead, I asked for a full refund and am being told that they will offer a $30.00 credit- I will NEVER order from Bloomex again so a credit is not satisfactory at all! I would definitely never order from them or recommend them to anyone.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from Bloomex. The bouquet I received was very different from the pictures on their website, much smaller in quantity and size, and some of the petals were wilted. The delivery date was also different from what I was promised when I purchased it. I talked to customer service several times and they sent me a helpless email and show me a coupon for next shopping on their website. I sincerely hope that no one will have a good day ruined by buying flowers from Bloomex again.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother‘s 90th birthday. I specifically told the representative that I did not want many roses in it and I prefer to have flowers that will last longer than roses. As it turns out, they apparently didn’t listen to a word I said and sent a bouquet with a dozen roses that were all opened up already. Today is the day after my mother‘s birthday, and some of the roses are already losing their petals. This is what I got for $100. When I called to question them, I got absolutely nowhere due to the fact that they don’t listen. I will never order from this company again, and I forewarn anyone else from ordering from this company. 🤬

Incredibly difficult to get straight answers from their customer service dept. Delivery addresses incorrectly defaulted to. Late delivery is the theme. I spent an inordinate amount of time straightening out the order. Order entry process is deceptively easy. Once order is placed, problems crop up.

I ordered two different gourmet gift baskets from Bloomex: 1. The Treasures of Tuscany – filled with premium Italian treats like truffles, biscotti, and wine & cheese biscuits. 2. The Birthday Gourmet Collection I – a birthday-themed basket with high-end chocolates, snacks, and a birthday card/balloon. What did Bloomex send? Two identical fruit baskets. That’s it. No chocolates. No themed packaging. No gourmet items. Just a bunch of random fruit in cellophane with a bow. This was for a birthday celebration and a special thank-you gift, and instead, I got something I could’ve grabbed at the corner store. Embarrassing doesn’t even begin to describe it. This is not a mix-up — it’s false advertising and pure neglect. They ignored the actual items I paid for, gave zero heads-up or explanation, and delivered a completely different product – twice. I paid over $100+ expecting quality and presentation, and what I got looked like an afterthought. Never again. You’ve lost my trust and business. Avoid Bloomex unless you enjoy being disappointed, and overcharged. Below is what I order vs what I got. It’s kinda hilarious to be honest. They thought I wouldn’t ask

Spent $80 on a Mother's Day bouquet and it was delivered 2 days later than what I paid for and instead the freesia, statice and assorted other blue and purple flowers she got a few stems of daisies and a few carnations that all looked like they had been stepped on. I tried contacting the company 3 times and didn't get a response. I now see online that they have a horrible reputation and I wish I had looked into it before ordering. I was embarassed my mother would think those were the flowers I picked out for her. Truly awful.

I have never been more disappointed in flowers than those I received from Bloomex yesterday. They were ordered as a birthday arrangement and what I received was dark, red carnations, yellow moms and a couple of purple moms thrown in there. It was not an arrangement it was a bouquet of flowers tied together with an elastic. I have contacted Bloomex and they say thank you for understanding . They have the right to change the order and they state that on their website. I find it distressing to think that I paid $100 and got a funeral arrangement instead of a celebratory arrangement for a 75th birthday. I contacted them immediately and they offered absolutely nothing in compensation and said they were in their right to change the flowers. At all costs avoid Bloomex. I could've taken that hundred dollars and And bought more appropriate flowers at the local grocery store. Lesson learned.

Since unfortunately I can rate zero stars, I had to choose one. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my 100 year old grandmother. The order arrived 6 days later than guaranteed and did not even include the flowers. Additionally, the night before delivery they called my grandmother and told her she had to pick them up in a city an hour and a half away. Again, she is 100 years old. This whole interaction with this company has been beyond upsetting to my grandmother, my family, and myself. When I called to advise, no help was offered. This company should be ashamed. My suggestion, do not order from these scam artists.
