I paid extra for a next day delivery and 2xextra flowers. They were a day late, didn't have the flowers in stock, promised a "Designer" bouquet as compensation and "gourmet" chocolate. A wilted sad looking bouquet showed up. Not designer, no extra flowers and dollar store cookies. When I sent in a complaint they offered no compensation and sent a generic AI generated email in response. Save your money. Go to the grocery store. You will get better flowers there. Or support your locL florist like I should have.

I paid extra for morning delivery. I called 3 times to see when it would arrive. They hung up on me. It came at 8.40 pm.no compensation. Do not order there. Terrible service!never again!

The arrangement was small despite paying an upsizing option Only half the describe flowers were used. Sparse and not at all like the website picture.

I have ordered from bloomex 2 times. One was for my manager because she lost her mother. The flowers arrived 3 days later then the actual delivery date and it was falling apart. It looked so cheap. I was so embarrassed. 2nd time was for my goddaughter 16th bday. I ordered deluxe and it had just carnation. It looked nothing like the picture. Please do not waste your money. Just to make up for my Goddaughter situation, I went to costco, bought 2 dozen roses and wrapped it myself and delivered it. I wish I can give bloomex zero.

I was told, after making payment on a purchase, that the same arrangement could not be supplied. I should have been warned about this before payment was made. The $70 arrangement that was actually sent appeared to be worth no more than a small $10 arrangement you would buy in a supermarket. After the recipient sent a photo, I was flabbergasted. MOST CERTAINLY NOT IMPRESSED!!!!! Also delivered a day late.

I ordered a bouquet with Bloomex but I’m not satisfied at all. First of all, the customer care doesn’t answer : I was sent a link to follow up my order but since it didn’t work I asked for an alternative but didn’t receive any answer. Secondly, in the delivery instructions I clearly said to deliver the bouquet at a specific time and it wasn’t respected (what if the recipient hadn’t been at home out of that timeframe?) and to call the person, which wasn’t done. In fact, the bouquet was left at the door and anyone could have taken it. Luckily someone took it and gave it to the recipient. I won’t use this company again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I have had nothing but a nightmare trying to deal with customer service. I ordered a bouquet that states a wide variety of colors. What was sent was cheap all red flowers. It looked like a Valentine's Day bouquet. It was a congratulations occasion. It was a day late getting to the destination and was left outside for the recipient...in a very cold climate. I messaged many times. The customer service reps are not allowed to stay on a call for more than 10 minutes. They said I had to call back to discuss my complaint further. Never will I buy from Bloomex again!

My friend sent me flowers from Bloomex. The arrangement was so so, looked cheap, unprofessional, and not aesthetically pleasing. The next day, half the petals fell off on one of the roses, and another rose had a droopy head. On investigation, the head was snapped off sometime ago as the stem already turned dry and black. So the arrangement was 66% junk. The message was printed on a cheap, crinkled piece of paper, semi glued to the inside of the card. It was very cheaply done . I will not tell my friend because it would be embarrassing. Bloomex is counting people not speaking up no matter how poor the quality of the gift no doubt. So, I will never send Bloomex flowers myself.

Horrible the bouquet sent was not the one I ordered, it came 4 days late of my anniversary, the flowers were wilted and damaged frozen into a block and delivered upside down, I called to express my dissatisfaction and was offered in store credit to buy a perishable food basket. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me back and its been 6 days with no return call THEY RIPPED ME OFF !!!!

My order was received on time. However, it looked NOTHING like the photo on their website. When I contacted the company, this is the response I got. "Upon reviewing the provided pictures, we confirmed that the arrangement you received adhered to our policy and item description. While we strive to source flowers that closely resemble the images on our website, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitors and natural variations in crops. Additionally, flowers may shift during transportation or vary in appearance depending on the angle of the photograph. Nevertheless, the florist maintained the design and color scheme of the arrangement, resulting in a fresh and beautiful presentation" Very disappointed and won't use Bloomex again. The item sent was more than a variation, it was nothing like the one on the website. Lesson learned

I concur with the comments that Bloomex is a scam. Once you've ordered once they call you again each year to sell to you again no matter how poor their product and service was/is My last ordered was not hand-delivered, in fact it was left at the front door when it was -30 outside. They also provided no refund for the frozen flowers.

Quality of the flowers was terrible they were for my mother’s 84 birthday she was very disappointed . Bloomex did say they will send out more but that doesn’t change anything.

CHEAP FLOWERS The flowers I saw and the flowers that were delivered were not even close to the same. I could have bought a beautiful bouquet at WALMART compared to what I paid for. I sent an email to “we are” no answer!! You have lost a customer and I will make sure to tell all my friends!

I ordered the Enchanted Cottage for a relative in the St Boniface Hospital Wpg. Instead of delivering white and purple flowers, Bloomex delivered half dead red and orange carnations. I called and voiced my concerns but I was blown off. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day they never showed up wasted 5 hours on the ph plus played ping pong emailing they lied the address was wrong I finally went to 12 raglan rd auburn and demanded my money back which happened straight away would not recommend them

The flowers arrived with no water a day before & we’re brownish already. There was no vase, or box stand or anything, they were wrapped in paper & I explained it was for a funeral & not sure what I needed to order to plse guide me. I paid for super size & there bouquet was so small so I hate to see what the regular size is. I would not recommend them , you’ll be throwing away your money. It was embarrassing to see the tiny bouquet of flowers. Nothing like the picture.

Placed and paid my order for a same day delivery only to find out that they've changed the delivery date 4 days later than the original delivery date. Customer service is terrible, they can't even give proper updates to their customers. Definitely the worst company ever!!

I paid an order with delivery on 15th of February, and is not arrived yet. When I contacted their chat to ask for details, some guy told me the order was returned to warehouse and he asked me to pay again for delivery and give him my card details, including CCV code. This is robbery !!What deplorable services.

Pre-Ordered Flowers on January 27th for Valentines Day for my wife and Daughter. Fast forward to February 14th Valentines Day and no flowers received. Call centre was too busy and chat option was not responsive. Got a hold of the call centre on February 15th and they said "good news; your order is out for delivery and they will get it today". What kind of company is this? These were valentines day flowers meant as a surprise delivered to a business. They are also closed on weekend. I asked what I thought was a reasonable request and that they cancel and refund the order. I was told that there is no cancellation or refunds but I can differ the delivery to another day. Again, what company does this? These are Valentines Day flowers meant to be delivered on February 14th and not the following week on February 18th??? Surprise is ruined and I was out of town and unable to pick up something if i was local. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager for a refund, again thinking my request was reasonable and i was declined and told nothing can be done as there is no refund on Valentines day orders. I get that but "HELLO", they were delivered on Valentines Day and I placed the order way back on January 27 to avoid it being last minute. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.
