Since unfortunately I can rate zero stars, I had to choose one. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my 100 year old grandmother. The order arrived 6 days later than guaranteed and did not even include the flowers. Additionally, the night before delivery they called my grandmother and told her she had to pick them up in a city an hour and a half away. Again, she is 100 years old. This whole interaction with this company has been beyond upsetting to my grandmother, my family, and myself. When I called to advise, no help was offered. This company should be ashamed. My suggestion, do not order from these scam artists.

Ordered flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day, she just received them 8 days later, vase was low in water, half wilted flowers, and not at all what I ordered. I called them twice to see when they were arriving, they always said the next day, which never happened, and said she was going to receive an upgrade, never happened. I actually cancelled the order on May 14 and asked for a refund, then she receives them 3 days later, never order from this company! Terrible service!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a bloom basket for my daughter-in-law. My invoice states the city where it was to be delivered, plus the town was spelled out during the ordering call, yet they tried to deliver in Calgary, then claiming that the address given doesn't exist. They got the address wrong yet I'm being denied a refund. They're offering a store credit which is the last thing I want. I'm out $72, my daughter-in-law, a first time mom, never received my gift. I plan to continue the fight being that I can easily prove that they messed up. Fingers crossed!

I ordered condolence flowers for my son and fiance and was VERY disappointed. The flowers arrived a day late, the delivery person just left them by the door even though they were home... he didn't even ring the doorbell. The flowers were supposed to be in a beautiful blue vase, and instead were just in a block of floral foam in a box! The flowers were much lower quality than advertised and they were very sparse. Not even close to the picture on the website. I called to complain and they never apologized or even sounded empathetic. They said I had to email in my complaint with pictures, which I did. It's been 4 days and I have heard nothing. I will never use this company again and I am telling ALL of my friends!

Garbage service, came 5 days late, all burnt from cold or or something. Cheapest arrangement I've seen. Customer service lady rude and lying all week about the flowers being on the truck and almost here.

The staff taking the order may 10 advised me delivery would be Monday may 12. Today is may 15 and the flowers are not delivered. Customer service is non existent and request to speak with a manager ignored. My mom got a notice of shipment today indicating the flowers are being shipped from Saul’s saint Marie Ontario to my mom in southwestern Ontario. The drive is over 8 hours. This is insane. If the flowers come they will be dead A WASTE OF my hard earned money

If I could give em 0 I would. Ordered flowers for birthday 2 days before the specified date. The day after delivery date I find out it was never delivered. Tried to contact them , was told that I was notified that it will be late . It is now 3 days after specified date , and flowers are not delivered yet . And no response from Bloomex . Never using their service, and would never recommend it to anyone .

Poor service, even poorer floral condition. Mothers Day flowers arrived on the following Tuesday. Flowers have obviously been cut for quite a few days. They arrived yesterday and already half of them are wilting and dying.

Spent 85.00 for what was supposed to be a basket full of beautiful plants and flowers and they sent a bouquet of cut flowers. Not even a vase. The yellow basket was what I ordered. The cut flowers are what they delivered.

Mothers day was 3 days ago ...paid $40. extra for rush delivery . Now 5 days after they took my money I find out Purolator has it. Never again Bloomex.

False advertising. Ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day and the quality, overall product what no where close to what was advertised. Photos show what I ordered vs what was delivered. Extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

They refused to deliver on the day promised, even though I found a local florist who was quite capable of making that delivery. Customer service is a joke; repeated calls were dropped or "forwarded" (!!!). Even the chat box stopped responding. And they would not even agree to cancel the order! Worst customer service I have experienced in ages.

Horrible service, ordered flowers 3 days in advance. It will only arrive tomorrow. Reps kept telling me flowers would arrive saturday or sunday at the latest for mothers day.

Yesterday, I attempted to order a bouquet for my elderly mother through your website. The site repeatedly gave me an error message: “bloomex.ca says user not found.” After wasting time trying to resolve this online, I was forced to call Bloomex to place the order manually. The representative assured me the flowers would be delivered to my mother’s retirement facility by 6 or 7 PM Mountain Time, at the latest. I made it clear how important the timing was, given her age and the setting. Despite this, I did not receive any confirmation that my order was processed until 6 AM Pacific this morning. As the day went on and no delivery update arrived, I called Bloomex several times. Each time, your call recording cut me off, claiming all agents were busy. The online chat was equally useless-I waited 20 minutes with no response before finally shutting down the chat. When I finally got through to someone through your phone support (after being passed around from customer support person to customer support person), they said they would call the carrier then call me back to update me, but I never heard back. After yet another call to them (30 min later), I was told the flowers would arrive before 9 PM Mountain Time and that they had no way to reach the carrier because it was a courier. A Mother’s Day bouquet arriving at 9 PM for an elderly person in a retirement facility is absolutely unacceptable. Your support staff clearly have no idea what’s going on, and reaching them is a nightmare. The live chat doesn’t work, and the phone system is broken. At 9 PM Mountain Time today (Mother's Day), your website claimed the order was delivered. My mother, however, had received nothing. Only after I called her did she find the bouquet abandoned outside a neighbor’s door-no knock, no phone call, not even the correct address. There were no SMS updates to me as I'd requested on my account and order. To make matters worse, when she opened the box while I was on the phone, the bouquet inside was not only ugly, but absolutely not what I ordered. I was mortified that this is what was sent in my name - for $70! The 'bouquet' looked like it had been purchased from a convenience store - at best. This is a complete failure on every level: The order was not delivered to the correct address. There was no attempt to notify the recipient. The product received was not what I ordered and was of shockingly poor quality. Your customer support was unreachable or unhelpful at every turn. I've run a business for 23 years, and I wouldn't be in business if this was how I treated my customers. Bloomex has failed to deliver on its promises in every possible way.

Please do not waste your money or time. They do not deliver on the day you request for who knows why. I gave them a second chance and I regret it. I've had nothing but horrible service from this company. Customer service is a joke. Ignorant, rude and 0 ability to take accountability. Slow to respond and keep giving me the run around. Totally incompetent and should be shut down. Going with a competitor next time.

My wife ordered flower for her mom in another provance for Mother’s Day and paid extra to get delivered on Mother’s Day. They delivered the flowers Friday not Sunday. Wasn’t the flowers she chose or in the basket shown. Been in contact with them 6 times and be getting the runaround. Say they can’t give a refund just a store credit I can’t seem to use. Have been hung up on 3 times. Got told they contacted the manager but can’t contact him again. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE. Waste of money.

I recently placed an order through Bloomex Canada, only to discover after the fact that I was charged in USD. As far as I am aware, Canada uses the CAD currency. This pricing discrepancy is not made clear until after the order is completed, which is misleading and unacceptable. Transparency around pricing—especially regarding currency—is a basic expectation. Please clarify why a Canadian-based service is charging customers in USD. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again. Yet to find out what the quality of the flowers were.

I will NEVER order from Bloomex.ca again! After having difficulty trying to place my order online, I spoke with a rep who took my order manually. I was assured the recipient would receive it a few days later on Saturday. The address was confirmed. On the morning tha it was to be delivered. I received an anonymous text stating the address was incorrect. I called Bloomex again to inquire as to why the delivery didn't happen and they gave me a totally different reason....stated it was given to a different courier service because it was outside of their delivery area. I was then told the delivery would not happen until the following week. I stated that was unacceptable and asked to speak to a manager. The request was debated and i was told they would tell me the same thing. I insisted that I wanted to speak to a manager again and was told I would receive a call within 24 hours. Well, here it is 5 days later and 2 more follow up contacts later (being told the same thing, that a call would be made within 24 hours) and still no call back. I cancelled the order and requested reimbursement. To date no refund. This company has the worst customer service. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!
