POOR SERVICE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Paid for same day delivery but never got anything delivered, ruined the Mother’s day for me. Will never recommend this for special occasions.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day delivery. Even though I ordered them on Friday, they were never delivered. When I called, I was left on hold. Finally emailed them and while they did respond initially asking for the order number, they still haven't responded as of 8 pm. Imagine having a business that's main job is delivering on milestone holoidays and not being able to accomplish that?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! ITS A COMPLETE SCAM!! I sent my Mother-In-Law an arrangement for Mother’s Day and they arrived 1 day early (not a big deal) but were completely different from what the picture showed. I was told that ‘in the event of a shortage of specific flower or plant types or colors, we reserve the right to substitute with alternatives of equal or greater value’. I’ve attached the pictures of what I ordered and what was delivered. Totalling $67! After reaching out to complain I got the same automated response from their email address. This company is a complete scam and not worth a single penny. Please do yourself a favour and never order from here, I wish I had looked up the reviews first because I’m yet to find a positive one. If I could rate this a negative number /5 I would. So disappointed companies can continue to get away with this.

Run, run, run from Bloomex! They know how to ruin your special occasion.Two bouquets of wilted flowers arrived yesterday morning. Looked nothing like on the picture. Flowers started shedding petals last night. they are all brown this Mother's Day morning.

90$ bouquet, looks nothing like the picture, customer service's response (having denied my request for refund) "Photo serves as a representation of the potential of the bouquet". The fact that an fb page with 4.4k members exists that solely consists of complaints against bloomex should tell you everything you need to know about this company. Yet another occasion ruined by a tacky bouquet that looks nothing like the picture. For the past 3 years the quality has taken a serious dive, prior to that we always received exquisite arrangements. The last few orders we've paid $70-$90 for something I can get at the pharmacy for 11$....

I ordered the deluxe birthday mug bundle. The mug was replaced with a cheap mason jar, the flowers were sparce and the balloon was deflated. I was embarrassed when my daughter in law received it!

Half dead flowers arrived this morning from my children, it was not what they order for my Mother’s Day gift. It seems they only answer the phone if you want to place an other. Do not waste your money! Shirley

Alex did an excellent job taking my phone order. All information was accurate and confirmations complete. He had a calm business like manner and very polite. He was able to get my flower order on the delivery list for Mothers Day in short notice. Very confident in this persons skill set to represent your company well.

Packaging poor. It looks like the box was knocked around. One flower broken. The assortment was strange. I would never put tulips with roses. The tulips were droopy. There was no ribbon or embellishment for the sad little preserving jar. Certainly not worth 50 bucks.

Don't use Bloomex. They let me pick Mother's day,May 10, for delivery of flowers, Charge me an extra 5 dollars for it. Then they change the delivery date to May 8 which was Free online. They wont respond to refunding me the extra charge that is no longer applicable because they cannot accommodate. Why would you let customers pick days you’re to busy to deliver on. let alone charge. Honestly Bloomex Do better, or stop. Take a hint with the other reviews. I’ll update on actual delivery when it happens.

Ordered flowers to be taken to a funeral home & was notified days after delivery could not be met. Asked for a refund & was told not their policy but order a store credit which I did. They never reversed original charge. Helpdesk is just a fruitless effort. Wish I had looked at all the horrible reviews first. .never again!

I could not be more disappointed in a company. Not only did the flowers not arrive on my mother-in-law’s 85th birthday as promised , customer service was severely lacking on the telephone. The flowers that did arrive a day late were not the flowers that I ordered.the greenery was smashed is spots from being stuffed into a tight box The arrangement didn’t look anything like the arrangement I had paid $100 for. I never got the SMS text that the flowers have been delivered. It felt awfully fishy when I had to pay for my order in full online and then give the recipients name and address. Of course, when I went to enter name and address of the recipient the field in the text box would not take it. That’s when I resorted to making the call to customer service. customer service did not introduce themselves, spoken in a very thick accent with rapid speech. I asked politely for them to slow down so that I could understand them better. They did not accommodate my request. I will not be ordering from Bloomex again.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend’s 65th birthday and the picture that she sent to me of what arrived was nothing like what I had ordered. I ordered a super size blush and berry bouquet but she only received a small bouquet of mostly pink cheap looking flowers. I was very disappointed and spoke to customer service who asked me to send my concerns in an email with pictures, so we’ll see what happens….. it’s been eight hours and no response yet. I will never order flowers from this company again.

Please read the review before you order from this company. I ordered the flower arrangement Steal the show, and purchased the super size. What was sent was nothing at all like what was shown, and yes some flowers may be changed out due to one reason or another, but when the whole arrangement is not at all what you ordered, and what was sent is wilting, and the size was smaller then the basic size. I contacted bloomed right away, and trust me they don't care, and of course no refunds just a credit if you want to say $20 for a $125.00 order is. If they had to give refunds they would be out of business. This company are scammers. They should not be in business.

Ordered a fruit baskets for a freind it was not wrapped so that things would stay together which i asked would be done. When delivered basket was upside down & all the fruit everywhere. Tried to report this & they asked me to send them a picture of it gave them my order number why cant they look, it up on their website. Will never use them again & people should be aware of their company

Horrible customer service. I had ordered a delivery to arrive the Saturday. They emailed after my money had been taken to say they couldn’t deliver until TUESDAY! They never replied to my emails to cancel the order it was horribly embarrassing when my flowers turned up for my mother three day late! Additionally, they added an item to the order (biscuits) without telling me—and my mother had an allergy to one of the ingredients in the biscuits. I was mortified! This company should not be allowed to exist. I’m angry, disappointed and out money…

Flowers were ordered to be sent for the death of a loved one. Bloomex took the address incorrectly and did not send the flowers until being contacted a week after the funeral. The flowers were received broken and wilting and a quantity that was embarrassing. The sender paid good money for this and the quality and quantity received could have been exceeded by our local grocery store for $12. After contacting Bloomex I got the old run around stating that they will review with management and get back to me.

No contact with me the receiver. Found them on my doorstep with barely any water in the vase. Who knows how long they sat out there for. Two days later the flowers were starting to wilt. Very disappointed, these were a birthday gift from my daughter in England. Do better!

BEWARE – SCAM Updating as this goes, but right now: they couldn’t deliver what they promised and are refusing to refund me. I spent almost an hour on the phone being told everything would be fine—location confirmed, delivery date confirmed. Then the day of delivery, my order gets put into “investigation” and no one even tells me. I had to chase them down myself. When I finally got through, all they could offer was delivery 4 days later (completely useless) and no refund—just a credit with restrictions. Not acceptable. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager—apparently that’s not possible. They can only “submit a ticket” for a callback… which never happened. On top of that: They can’t even tell me which florist my order was sent to Customer service replies feel copy-paste/automated I’ve asked repeatedly for a phone call and get ignored Now they’re publicly saying they “can’t find my order” So here it is: Invoice #5437789 At this point, this feels completely dishonest. Don’t trust the initial “good service”—it means nothing when they can’t follow through and won’t make it right.
