Did not deliver on date. Now delivery will be 10 days late if it gets there at all. I suspect delivery person kept flowers for herself.

Bloomex advertises wonderful items. However, what they deliver is totally opposite of what they advertise! I had ordered a Deluxe Poinsettia and Fruit Basket, for my sister and her family. What they received was a disgrace! In the Fruit was limes, lemon, grapefruit, a rotten plum. No where near what one would expect to be in a deluxe basket! You can tell from the photos, that a deluxe basket was not delivered!!! And for the Poinsettia, they didn't have any and sent a small red floral plant!!! Sent them an email and in the email, I made it perfectly clear that I did not want a "store credit" and if they didn't rectify this, that I was going to do a Google Review that they would not like! Today, I received an email and they will only offer a "store credit". They said in their email that at times, items may not be available! What a poor excuse of a company! Nothing but scammers!! Stay away from this company!!!

if I could rate it a zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for family that was supposed to be delivered on a specific day they switched the day to which I emailed no and that I wanted a refund. they never replied and delivered on said day ( I was NOT home or available ) flowers sat outside apartment for 8* hours to when I was home. they were wilted and falling off. this is expensive to pay for flowers that are like this. customer service Is poor and isn’t willing to help or refund. when it was they’re doing for my disatisfaction. I will not be ordering from or recommending this company ever again

DISHONEST! Paid $122 for a Christmas table centrepiece with flowers and candles. Was sent a small bouquet of daisies with a few roses and filler, worth $30-$40 tops. Photos included of what I ordered vs what was sent. Called to sort it out and was told they were short on inventory so made a swap. Pointed out the obvious price difference and was told they don’t give refunds. Sent me a $20 coupon to buy from them again lol TERRIBLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY - BUY ELSEWHERE!

Ordered 3 baskets (for gifts) to be delivered December 22/25. Baskets were all identical, not one of the 3 included any Lindt products as shown in pics. Delivery driver rang bell and left on step. Luckily we were home (as he did not wait for us to answer) the product would have been totally frosted if not frozen if left out. Sent a complaint to them immediately after delivery, have not had any response. Will not be using this company ever again.

I ordered plants for my wife, but instead of plants, a food basket arrived instead. I was informed that they subsituted the food because they could not deliver the plants due to the cold weather. If I would have known the plants could not be delivered, I would never have ordered them in the first place!

Ordered a nice Christmas basket for our Aunt, she did not receive them instead she received just plain roses, nothing special, no response from customer service, should have read the reviews first. Very disappointed, avoid them, not worth the money you pay or the service you expect from "professionals"

I had an extremely terrible experience with them. I placed a really expensive order with them from Dallas to be delivered to my husband in Oakville. They made it extremely difficult for me to make any changes to the order within five minutes of order placement. The order was with the driver at 9AM and they kept telling me they will be delivered anytime between 9AM - 8PM. Extremely ridiculous! When I wanted to expedite the delivery, they told me it is not possible! Horrible customer service I have ever had! DO NOT fall for this trap!

One star (and that feels generous) This was hands down one of the most disappointing flower orders I’ve ever placed. The flowers didn’t arrive on the requested delivery date. When I followed it up, I was assured the bouquet would be upgraded in size to compensate for the delay. Great — or so I thought. What arrived instead was 17 roses instead of the 50 ordered, plus an “upgrade” that turned out to be a packet of Oreos. Nothing says “sorry we ruined your special occasion” like supermarket biscuits. Customer service acknowledged how underwhelming this was and promised to resend the bouquet as originally ordered, again reassuring me there would be an upgrade. Round two somehow managed to be worse. The replacement bouquet was even smaller, nowhere near what was ordered or promised. I paid for a large rose arrangement and received something that looked like a last-minute servo purchase. Late delivery, broken promises, shrinking bouquets, and biscuits as compensation — this experience had it all, just not the flowers I actually paid for. Completely let down and would not recommend.

Warning! I called and ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday on a Sunday. I paid for order and strictly informed them that the flowers be send on our birthday on Wednesday, and no later as she is leaving out of town for a few days. They mistakenly cancelled the order and changed me more money on the order. Then corrected the amount 2 days later and never sent the flowers. I call 6 times to ask for someone in management to call me and correct this error. But no one ever called. Very poor service and absolutely no accountability whatsoever.

If I could give a negative review I sure would. I placed 2 orders for the same address , but they were given to someone else in a different address. I went to get the orders came back to my address they got frost bitten. I phone the driver was told they had been delivered to the right address. I phoned the company explained the situation was told to send pictures and send back. My phone is only set up to phone and text, I was then called too old

This sight and florist.ca that seem to be linked together are unhelpful and unresponsive. Called in to make an order and my card wouldn't work, so they canceled my order. I called back with another card and gave them the order number and they said they would go ahead and place it and send me a payement link. I used the link they took the payment and then I never got a confirmation on delivery or order. I tried all email options and sent confirmation information, I also tried their chat live options repeatedly and nothing except auto replies. I will be calling the fraud department and declining this payment.

If I could give NO stars I would. This company is HORRIBLE. They changed my order, the flowers arrived a day late (missing my friend's birthday) AND they arrived DEAD. Yup. The flowers were browned, wilted, frozen and DEAD. It was so upsetting. Imagine receiving dead flowers!!!! I'm currently in the process of trying to get a refund. Lets see if they do it. Regardless, never will I purchase from this company again. NEVER!

Timmy daughter sent me flowers as a thank you. The baby Bach was incredibly small and she would have gotten a better deal from the local petrol station. Extremely disappointed and would never use them again. If I could leave a zero I would..

Absolute rip off and waste of time. Ordered flowers for "next day delivery" as per website, for my Mum's birthday. Nothing arrived then was told due to unforeseen circumstances, couldn't be delivered but they've arranged another local florist to fulfil order for following day. I'm then told it had to come from them and would be shipped Tuesday to arrive Wednesday. Still no delivery despite changing delivery address. I was told from the initial failure to deliver, there would be a complimentary upgrade. The flowers look exactly the same as what I viewed on the website. And they gave me a $25 store credit- useless to me as I will never use this company again. Not only did it arrive 4 days late, they delivered to the original address and not the updated one. The flowers are nice but not worth over $100. Could have got for half the price at the supermarket and given my mum on her actual birthday. Don't waste your time using this company!!!

I used Bloomex last year without a problem and this year they called ME and with this tip I can warn readers. There are multiple reviews of terrible RESULTS and my case is no different. At the last minute they declared a poinsettia undeliverable in winter conditions and instead sent a gourmet basket. They had days in which to warn me of this and let me cancel. Main warning is that they called me. The guy was very polished and attentive and this is what to watch for. Don't be taken in, as I was by slick sales people. He was very anxious that I review him immediately and I can see why. The negatives are about execution and had I reviewed him it would have given the company undeserved points. I can't believe they have gone so wrong.

The worst flower company to deal with. Made an order for delivery the next day. Order was made early in the morning of Nov 11 for a new baby. A few hours later I receive a call from someone I could barely understand and eventually I understood the order would not be delivered the next day but would be delayed 1 day. OK things happen, I was also told that i would receive a free upgrade. I had already purchased the largest flower arrangement and paid $14.99 for delivery. Well the next day, Nov 13 I went on to their chat line, the only way to speak to someone. Well that takes at least 10 minutes for someone to answer. I wanted to make sure the delivery was still happening, as the time was now 8pm in the time zone where they were being delivered. Only to get an answer of the warehouse was closed and they have sent an email for the warehouse to contact me. Next day, Nov 14, no answer, waited almost 15 minutes for someone to answer the chat line, then waited an additional 10 minutes for the response that it was Purolator fault and they finally give me a tracking number. Really who uses a purolator to ship flowers. Looked at the tracking to find out that the flowers had sat in warehouses for 2 nights in 2 different provinces and we're once again on the truck for delivery. Finally around 3pm on what is now 3 days after they were supposed to arrive they arrived. The bundle was small and the flowers were wilted. Go back to the chat and still 2 days later have not received an answer. If you can grow the flowers yourself you are much better doing that than ever using this company. They don't care about you as a customer once they have your money.

I ordered a specific arrangement in a mason jar with same day delivery - paid extra for this - they let me know that they could not do same day delivery but refused any kind of refund or offer to cancel. They then let me know they could not do a mason jar. Again I told them it was not acceptable. I again was not offered a refund, part refund, or the ability to cancel. Would give a negative review if I could… stay away!

If I could give a 0 star I would. Customer service doesn’t answer. They still haven’t delivered after a week. And multiple attempts to get in contact with them. I’m so upset such a waste of 100$ at this point I just need my money back. The website states business deliveries by 5pm. They tried once after 5 and were closed at 5. I also gave an alternate address if it would be late. They never respond to emails.

I ordered a bouquet from Bloomex NZ for my sister, and what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised online. Two days before delivery, they emailed to say some flowers weren’t available which was fine, but what was actually delivered was really ugly and unlike what has been shown online. Crazy because it was not cheap and I actually could get better looking flowers at lower price from local florists. I contacted Bloomex immediately with photos and of course, no reply. The complete lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. Do not order from Bloomex NZ (or any Bloomex anywhere)!
