I paid for early daytime delivery. The day my order was supposed to be delivered for a very special birthday to a family member. I got an email telling me that her location was further away than anticipated and the order would not get there until between 2 and 7 PM terrible customer service when I called I was promised a credit and rebate of the early delivery plus charge which did not happen. Do yourself a favour use another flower service. This one is borderline scam.!!!!!

fruit basket was delivered in a box where the basket had fallen over. The fruit had fallen out showing a stain on the box where fruit was squashed After writing to them may times no response or apology

Absolutely the worse, do not deal with these people. And typical is their customer services farmed out to Indian Call centers. Miss the anniversary date, never followed up with the miss delivery. Will never deal with them again.

I wish i could give them no star at all!! I ordered flowers to be delivered on March 9th which they never did. i have been calling and emailing and they never reply . The customer service is extremely horrible. They do not even apologize for the delay. Mind you they charge $14.99 for shipping /delivery . Very poor service. Till now I’m still waiting on it to be delivered. Smh

Terrible company to deal with. Do not purchase flowers from them. Late delivery, sent to the wrong address, would not issue a refund and very poor communication/non-existent. When I called customer service, the woman was not pleasant to deal with and the conversation was not dealt with appropriately. When the flowers arrived, the amount of flowers was ridiculous for $60, there's about 10 in total, hardly making a bouquet, pathetic. I am very displeased and strongly encourage dealing with a different business. 0/5 stars.

I paid for a SUPERSIZE bouquet of tulips. The delivery was for the smallest option and one flower was broken. I sent a picture of the small bouquet and mentioned the broken flower with my request to replace the bouquet with what I ordered. After a week, Bloomex customer Service responds asking for more photos (the bouquet was probably dying by then!) and a picture of the broken flower which was discarded a week before! Then it proceeded to instruct how to care for the bouquet. So much was irrelevant and avoidance. Clearly, there was NO INTENTION of fixing the problem. I've concluded that this is simply how BLOOMEX operates...deception and fraud. Avoid this business!!

I was called by a florist asking about the delivery address. He was rude, short, and aggressive. The flowers were also not the best-looking or freshest. I wrote customer service via email and chat, and did not get any response back. Not worth any discount, very poor customer service takes all the joy from your occasion. One noteworthy thing is that I heard that the actual delivery driver was courteous.

$75 bought a box of cut flowers left outside on a Prince George porch in February. No arrangement in a vase as pictured on their website. Some blooms wilted ( see photo). Last time I order through Bloomex.

Took my order, couldn't deliver (you know a florist is kind of date specific - birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals, that kind of thing). Then given the complete run-around trying to get a refund. I should have read the reviews before ordering - definitely a company I will never use again.

1) paid 19 dollars for an engraved wine glass with my sons name + happy birthday on it and there was no engraving with my sons name or happy birthday 2) the component sent my adult son a pink princess balloon …for a male 3) was assured that it would be between 9-12 and it was not - I contacted them wondering 4) fruit was old and the next day - spoiled 5) cellophane was open on both sides - driver could access and tamper For some odd reason I am unable to leave an example / pic of the fruit basket…because it won’t permit me to upload a pic of the spoiled fruit

My girlfriend sent me a gift basket and a dozen white roses. The roses were very nice but the gift basket not so much. Expired cookies like all of them. I tried contacting customer service multiple times and they just ignore me. I'm contacting the better business bureau I will be contacting Alberta Health or whoever desks with selling expired food. Rediculous company and shouldn't be in business.

Ordered roses in jan for valentines. Never showed up after numerous calls. Received finally on 18th and were Carnations. I paid over 70 and they were not even correct flower. Plus Ordered for son and paid for a vase never received till 19th. No vase not even close to what i ordered. Asked for money back and still did not receive anything. No rebate for late orders and incorrect flowers and no case. Never dealing with this company again

You mean UNHAPPY! Ordered a sympathy bouquet for my sister in law. Trying to get in touch with the help desk is a joke. No response. Flowers were frozen left outside by Purolator courier - did not call or text to recipient, doorbell cam caught them leaving flowers outside -24 weather, didn’t knock or ring the doorbell. Trying to upload a picture of the disaster, I keep getting a message try later.

FUNERAL FLOWERS NEVER DELIVERED Placed an urgent order (Thursday Feb 12th) for funeral flowers to be delivered. The lady who took my order assured me that by paying extra, it would be delivered by Saturday. Now I have just found out that the flowers were NEVER DELIVERED. It's Tuesday... 4 days and still no FUNERAL flower delivery. They gave excuses but the reasons they gave were things that were never conveyed to me. They refused to give a name as well.

Flowers that were delivered were not the ones depicted in the “ Pretty in Pink “ photo. They sent a vase of Chrysanthemums instead of Gerber daisies. Terrible tacky cheap looking arrangement.

Totally scam!!!! Don't buy anything from this company, or their fake Florist.ca. Both of the name are the same player, and have same attitude. Ignoring customer, didn't care their customer after payment received. Once payment is gone thru, then don't bother to talk to them. I placed my order on the 10th Feb, for delivery for my partner birthday on the 14 Feb. *order 05313677: Love & Laughter (supersize) LF100-01 They delivered the wrong flower, which I ordered, lack of colour, lack of number of flowers, in comparision on the photo of their website. Very hard to communicate with them, no responsive with number emails sent, with request to correct the details of shipping, which they had it wrong on my order. They idn't care about their customer

Worst experience, ordered 3 valentine day bouquets to be delivered to 2 different places on Friday 13th, one was delivered on Thursday with missing flowers, wilted flowers. The other 2 still not delivered as of Saturday. Only offered store credit for the first order of missing flowers, no apologies nothing. WILL NOT be using or recommending them at all -

They are not a good place to order.. I placed an order 1 week and a half ago to be delivered a day before Valentine’s Day to a business the site says delivery times between 12pm and 5pm. I called and was on hold for 25 mins before some one answered my call then he told me that they had it to be delivered to a residence between 9am-8pm my girl got off at 4 then went back to sit at 7:30pm because it said they was on the way to be delivered the flowers still wasn’t delivered.. then I called back at 11pm and the flowers still hadn’t been delivered i requested a refund and haven’t heard anything back… needless to say my daughter or her mother didn’t get the flowers I ordered a week and a half ago and I still haven’t gotten my money back… don’t waste ur time or energy find another place to order.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s funeral . They were supposed to be delivered between 9-12 . I called at 12 they said they were still in warehouse and couldn’t be delivered . They never even called to let me know . I had to scramble and pay double at the closest florist . . I called back many times to speak to supervisor but never got a call back .

Flowers were delivered frozen. They left them outside my door in the winter time. They didn’t look anything like we ordered. We paid $75.00 for a rose and carnation. We contacted them but they said their policy was not to give refunds. This is the third year that we have had issues with them and will deal directly with the florist in the future.
