Still waiting for an order to be delivered that was supposed to be out yesterday morning. I have called now 3x and get nothing to provide me any confidence this will ever occur. Tonight I asked to cancel it and get my money refunded, was told that is not going to happen. Apparently an attempt to deliver did happen yesterday, there was no answer, so no refund. Save yourself a lot of frustration and money - do not use Bloomex!!!! This was to cheer my Aunt up after knee surgery, seriously disappointing!!!! I should add I have used Bloomex previously for three different orders and they were all delivered as promised, not sure what is going on; lost hope of these ever getting delivered.

Very small bouquet and mason jar delivered-does NOT look like what is advertised! Card message was on the back of their flyer. Cheap! Not impressed with the company-only impressed with my child who was thoughtful in remembering their mum!

Awful company. Paid extra for next day delivery, never received them. No one showed up. No refund being issued. This company needs some proper investigation.

Well the flowers arrived 2 days early at Purolator?? They're nice but I spent over 125$. They could have at least trimmed em up and maybe a Bow. They look like they were just thrown into a glass cup..but at least they're alive

THIS IS A TRULY HOOOOORRRRIBLE BUSINESS! I ORDERED A FLOWER PACKAGE FOR MY MOM FOR HER RETIREMENT. I HAD PLACED THE ORDER A MONTH IN ADVANCE. I CALLED THE STORE TO DOUBLE CHECK THE INFORMATION THEY HAD TO MAKE SURE THE FLOWERS WERE GOING TO BE DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND PERSON. THE INFORMATION THEY HAD REPEATED BACK TO ME WAS CORRECT. SOMEHOW SOMEWHERE, THE DELIVERY GOT MESSED UP. SOMETHING ABOUT CURIER COULDN'T FIND THE ADDRESS, THEREFORE THE FLOWERS DID NOT GET DELIVERED. THIS WAS ON A FRIDAY. i WAS TOLD THAT APPARENTLY, THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ON THE WEEKEND SO I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY FOR THE FLOWERS TO BE RESENT. END OF DAY MONDAY, THE FLOWERS STILL HAVEN'T BEEN DELIVERED. AT THIS POINT, I WAS FUMING MAD!!! I DEMANDED A REFUND AT ONCE. THE AGENT SAID TO ME THAT THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS. I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. THE SUPERVISOR CONFIRM THAT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO REFUNDS. THE MANAGER RUBS IT MY FACE THAT THEIR POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS ARE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED ON THEIR WEBSITE.. I WAS REALLY GOING TO LOSE MY COOL, SO I HUNG UP THE CALL. I THEN WROTE AN EMAIL EXPLAIN DISCONTENT. THE MANAGER STILL EXPRESSED THAT THEY CAN NOT OFFER ME A REFUND, THEY SAID THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER TO RESEND THE PACKAGE WITH FRESH FLOWERS TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. I GOT THE IDEA TO SEND THEM TO MY MOM FOR MOTHERS DAY. AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGMENT, I RESCHEDULE THE DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND A NEW DATE. I ALSO MADE SURE TO GIVE THEM AN ALTERNATE PHONE NUMBER AND CONTACT PERSON. WELL HOLLY F***, THEY STILL SOMEHOW MESSED UP THE DELIVERY. MY MOM AGAIN, DID NOT RECEIVE HER FLOWERS FOR THE THIRD TIME NOW. AND THEY STILL WON’T REFUND ME. I AM TALKING $80+, JUST GONE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

I paid 150$ for two bouquets of flowers and a vase. The flowers were not at all what I ordered. What I got was 20$ save on foods flowers. What a colossal waste of my money.

So many bad reviews… I have never had an issue ordering here. I am in a different province than my family so often order flowers from here for special occasions and they have always looked beautiful for a decent price. I guess be wary but don’t trust absolutely every bad review.

Wrong day delivery. Even after I had to call NZ. Free compensation chocolate bouquet not included as promised for their mistake. Arrangement embarrassing and very disappointing. Nothing like the advertised example. A few stalks of flowers and two bits of greenery. Box of pretzels, not sure why? Even though it was implied to be a local NSW company, it was in NZ

I received a get well “bouquet “ from dear friends who would be mortified if they saw the paltry flowers that were delivered. A huge box contained a small bunch of wilting chrysanthemums that would not be sold at your local grocery store. Very sad.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers that my mother received were nothing like what was pictured ! They were different colours (and I ordered specifically for the colour ) and they flowers were so scant and cheap looking that I sent a screenshot of what i actually ordered to my mom because I was that embarrassed! I reached out to bloomex, and after a month of them ignoring me, I finally Got an answer saying they were sorry . After another month of me constantly emailing them, I was finally offered 20% off a future order, which was useless because I will NEVER order from them again!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

0 stars if possible. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. Ordered flowers for mother's day to be delivered on Sunday. Paid the upcharge they requested. They send me an email 24 hrs later saying they could not deliver on Sunday because they are too busy. How do other flower companies manage? If you can't deliver, then don't upcharge your customers. They cannot cancel the order either or make changes to the order. But they can make changes as they please. Never again will I be ordering from them.

Be prepared, don't waste your time choosing the perfect flowers -you order one thing and they just send whatever they want and don't even consult with you. They don't offer refunds and they reserve the right to substitute whatever stock they choose - who's paying for these flowers?-Me. Totally disrespectful.

I placed an order for Mother's Day, a Sunday, which the Bloomex allowed me to do and charged me $20 for that specific day. I get an email 30 minutes later saying they can't fulfill on that day so they'll be delivering 2 days early. I contact support asking to cancel and they say no...it's too difficult as fulfillment has already started. It was 30 minutes after ordering! And they knew my delivery address when they allowed me to choose the delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous. The only resolution they could provide was refunding me the added delivery cost or giving me a $20 credit...I chose the delivery cost refund as I will not be ordering from them again.

Two years ago I was in charge of ordering flowers for my Aunt's funeral to be placed around her urn. The flowers that I ordered never showed up. I was so embarrassed by this event. I immediately called and complained. BLOOMEX offered a credit to me. The next order I placed was for another Aunt's visitation two weeks ago and the flowers that showed up were incredible so much smaller than the picture on the website. For the amount of money I paid, a great disappointment. As I still had a credit with BLOOMEX, I ordered a final flower arrangement for my Aunt's Funeral service this past weekend. I asked BLOOMEX to deliver the flowers on the day before the service (Friday). Once again, the flowers did not arrive. I asked for the flowers to be re-delivered on Saturday before the funeral service. When I arrived at the funeral service, to my dismay, there were again, no flowers. Right before the service, I called to complain once again and was advised that BLOOMEX could deliver the flowers to a family member at a later date. I said, "Don't bother". I cannot tell you how frustrated and disappointed I was. I could have exploded I was so mad. I will NEVER EVER EVER order flowers from BLOOMEX again and I will tell everyone and anyone about my experience with them. The flowers ordered look nothing like the pictures on the website. Please beware and don't order flowers BLOOMEX they RIP you off and the service is TERRIBLE!!!!!

If I would give them a 0 or less I would... On valentines recieved flowers I purchased for my wife and the vase was broken when it arrived.. Even after not only emailinmg pics of the broken vase and numerous calls with promises of a refund, I got nothing.. I thought I would try them one more time for Mom's day, and after placing the order a week ago, they text messaged me to review my email from the as soon as possible.. Never did get an email, so I called them to find out what was happening, to only find out that they couldn't deliver my order because their courier doesn't deliver on the weekend.. The best they could do was to deliver on Friday before, but no one would be home to recieve them, so I had to cancel the order and then scrabble to find a florist.. I just don't understand why, on possibly the second busiest day of the year for them, they wont have delivery service, or why, as they should have known, that when I placed the order that delivery wasn't available on the day I selected.. Would not recommend them to anyone, and never ordering from them again, even if they are the cheapest..

I ordered a deluxe gift box for my brother’s birthday in Kelowna and it was delivered 3 days late after I had to call and ask where it was. I talked to a person who didn’t even care. She said she would upgrade it by adding some deluxe chocolates. The chocolates were pathetic. No apology. The gift basket was a not what it looked like in the picture. Do not order from Bloomex!

Frankly, that should be -1 star. Bloomex is, at best, below mediocre and, at worst, a predatory business. I ordered a gift basket from Bloomex to be delivered on April 30. Since the order wasn’t delivered and it was showing as “updated”, I called the Bloomex and was told that the driver returned the order to the warehouse. Their story is that the recipient wasn’t home. The recipient’s story is that he was. Whether the Bloomex lied because they committed to more orders than they could deliver or their driver lied because he stopped to get a cup of coffee is irrelevant and certainly not something that a customer should pay for. So, I ‘be requested the full refund from Bloomex as the terms of our agreement were not met. Bloomex offered to deliver it some other day in the future (on a slow business day, probably). No other date would work for me, or for the recipient. They also offered a store credit, which is a common pressure tactic - it forces the wronged consumer to continue to do business with a business with which they are unhappy. I insisted to get a refund instead and Bloomex replied that they couldn’t do that as per their store policy. The Consumer Protection Act trumps any store policy. NEVER LET A BUSINESS GET AWAY WITH A STORE CREDIT! You are entitled to a full refund every time the store false advertises, doesn’t meet their obligations, or you are not happy with their service or quality of the purchased goods. Consumer Protection Act protects you and your money whatever the store’s petty store policy is. :) As Bloomex didn’t meet their end of the agreement and I had never agreed to any other delivery date, we’ve reached an impasse. Therefore, I submitted a number of complaints against their unfair business practices. Think about it - If Bloomex didn’t refund an unfulfilled order, they de facto stole the X amount of $$ from me. If they get away with it, what stops them from incorporating such practice into their business model and stealing from others too? Bloomex business practices are borderline criminal.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I placed two seperate orders but with the same flowers that were to be delivered. The recipients received a completely different bouquet while none of the flowers were the same. There was no bow on the vase as in the photo, the vase was different for BOTH orders, there were no roses, not even the colour scheme was the same. The carnations in one of the photos were broken off when arrived. One of the cards weren't even on a stick while one of them was on stick. Do not purchase from here. I ordered all roses and received dried up carnations instead. This company is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL floral company in Canada. No wonder the reviews are so low. Hope they get shut down. Paid over $75 dollars for fifteen tulips and a vase delivered, and within four days the tulips were dead. The tracking said they were in transit for two days…no wonder they died so fast. Very disappointed.
