“I rang them up. They said they could deliver some flowers for my friends birthday in Port Macquarie. I’m from the Gold Coast so I agreed beautiful six roses champagne chocolates. I paid and then I get an email saying it’s been changed until the next day and they gave me a tracking number. I checked on the check-in number and it seemed to stop just after cough harbour so I rang them up and said hey what’s happening with the truck? They said don’t worry you get it today. I said yeah because it’s her birthday today. Now yesterday you didn’t deliver it. I waited until 9 o’clock. The truck hasn’t moved. Apparently she hasn’t received it until the third day. Flowers are dried out the wine. No good. The chocolate melted. She’s at Work. I’m hoping to get a text from her, but I know she won’t say nothing but I think it’s disgusting. I’m gonna pass this company on that they’re no good and they don’t keep their promise and my Friend’s birthday was wrecked thanks and the driver didn’t take a photo of them so I’m just waiting for my girlfriend to get back but knowing her I know what she say. They’re beautiful even if they’re not. I’m hoping to get her to take a photo so I can put it up on Internet.”

“I gave one star because they don’t allow for zero stars. This company has gone downhill. DO NOT order from them at all. They do not refund. They do not adhere to delivery dates. It’s a total gong show. I used to really like them but huge difference in past year. Save your money and order locally from a flower company that’s probably less expensive anyways.”

“Too bad there is no ZERO stars.I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. TERRIBLE service. I ordered a bouquet for my niece's birthday and got the confirmation.5:30 that day they never arrived,I called customer service to be told that they would be delivered the next day(today)..and was hung up on. Just called again,and they have no idea where the flowers are,and was hung up on again. DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOMEX,SUPPORT LOCAL FLORISTS WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS.LESSON LEARNED.”

“Should be able to give no stars. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered and got confirmation that my order was being processed but later on in the day got an email advising they had not been able to secure a courier to deliver the flowers and that they would be delivered the following Tuesday, 4 days after my requested/accepted delivery date. I requested a refund so I could look elsewhere but did not get a response. I did get an email apologising for the delay and letting me know my flowers would be upgraded. The flowers were delivered on Tuesday afternoon, four days after the birthday, a very small bunch of flowers, not what I imagined especially for the amount I paid and no idea what the upgrade was!”

“I ordered flowers for a birthday the next day only to be told just before 5:00pm on the birthday that delivery was delayed by 4 days. Then I got an email saying it had again been delayed an additional day. If this had been a funeral or wedding would that have been acceptable. I am now trying to obtain a refund not a store credit.”

“Bad experience. They discounted the flowers and then didn't ship them. Then they gave you a voucher that, if you don't use it immediately or see other flowers without buying it right away, the voucher would be lost! Better to rely on smaller, more local companies.”

“I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from Bloomex. Not only do they not deliver as promised they dont let you know the changes. I sent many emails and received no response. Finally got through on the phone this morning but there is nothing they can do over the phone- they will send an email. The flowers were to be delivered Tuesday then changed to be Wed. when I tried to cancel order and now they say delivery is today (Thursday). I still want to cancel as the delivery is 2 days late.”

“Ordered flowers as per picture for same day delivery. Flowers arrived completely different to what I thought I’d purchased - 2 small bouquets put together complete different flowers and colour scheme. They couldn’t even be bothered mixing the flowers together at least - just literally grouped them together and thought that was adequate. And the flowers looked old. Given how expensive flowers are. I can’t get over how bad this was!!”

“I just ordered some sympathy flower for my aunt in NZ from UK. I spoke to Josh who was very patient and helpful. Also really good value. I wanted a dozen red roses customised to be red and white in a blue vase. Was very happy with my experience.”

“After completing the necessary delivery information and PAYING for the order online, I get an 1-888 call. With so many unwanted advertising/scam calls, who answers a 1-888 # anymore? Shortly afterwards, I get an email from Bloomex informing me that the delivery address provided is outside their local delivery areas. SERIOUSLY?? Why isn't there a flag indicating that when you're originally filling in the delivery info - and BEFORE I pay for it!! They wanted to know if I could provide an alternate address, or they could place my order on hold, or issue a full store credit under my Bloomex account. Why, oh why, would I keep a credit in my account when I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN? I sent an email (as indicated in email) to try to arrange something, and share my frustration of their poor website information. That was 4 hours ago. Guess my sister's milestone birthday flowers will not happen. But I will do everything possible to warn people NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF IT'S POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“My delivery was a gift . I asked for a delivery for 15th of August. They delivered 13 th , no one was home. They did find the flowers not the chocolate. Bloomex will never send you a notification saying something . Delivered or not , never know what is happening. Will never use again. Really bad customer service”

“If I only could 0 stars. Delivery day was changed, birthday package came all in unacceptable wet condition-flowers all changed, card all wet and ripped, ballon deflated. Customer service is awful no resolvers in normal condition, no refund. Never deal with this company-total scam and rip off!”

“On top of many other problems with the order, they guaranteed that it will be delivered today by 8 PM and now they’re saying it won’t be delivered for another three days and they changed the flowers saying they weren’t available plus I got hung up twice while calling them”
