I ordered flowers for my mom for mother's day and they never got to her till 2 days after!!! Very disappointed and all they offered me was my delivery charge back. What a slap in the face for there screw up!!

Was sent flowers for Mothers day. They came two days late and were not what was ordered. Paid for big bouquet and got small orcid you can buy at the grocery store for 10 dollars. Dont buy from this company.

Pathetic excuse for an arrangement Came 3 days late, got 6 flowers without any other fillers like greenery and baby's breath The vase that came wasn't the one I requested The arrangement was nothing like the one I ordered Paid $70 for garbage I could have gotten a better arrangement for way less at the grocery store couldn't be more dissatisfied with a company Save yourself the headache and money and don't order from this company I was embarrassed when I received the picture from the person I ordered them for I had to apologize for such a pathetic arrangement and explain that's not what I ordered at all plus the card was written on the back of a coupon Do better bloomex this was unacceptable

I did not receive what I ordered, I paid $80 for a very ugly bouquet. I was told that they ran out of the flowers that I ordered and therefore some random ugly flowers were delivered instead. I received no compensation nerve refund. I tried to call in and was on hold for 10 minutes and then was randomly disconnected. I will never be ordering from this company again. Bloomex, do better. You are ripping people off.

My daughter bought me snapdragons for Mothers day. They were wilted and drooped right out of the box. She spent good money on these. What a scam you guys have going on here. Sounds like we are not the only discussed customers. If I could give you a zero or minus...I most definitely would. Very poor service and even worse product. Avoid this company at all cost.

We ordered fifty flowers. We received ten. We ordered a personalised card. We received a squashed card with a message printed on receipt paper and stapled to the card. It was for a special 70th birthday. It was beyond embarrassing. It's a shame I didn't read all these reviews first before spending money on this atrocity. Bloomex are run by scammers and liars. It's incredible that it's still operating. I've attached a photo of what was supposed to be fifty roses. It cost me more than $100. One is visibly black inside the bud. I will never use them again. Avoid this Bloomex scam like the plague.

Flowers ordered for Mother’s Day never arrived. Tracking shows the delivery has travelled over 1000 km, but not yet delivered 5 days later. No response from emails. Poor service - well no service and no flowers. A lot of money wasted and feeling like a shabby daughter. Disgusting. Would not recommend. 1 star rating is too good for this company! Can’t add a photo of the nothing I received.

A fraudulent, almost thriving experience with this company. Late delivery, and delivered a $20 arrangement of almost dead flowers in place of the $140 "100 blooms of orchids" I ordered. Their response.... The "100 blooms" is just a product name, it's closer to 20. Not that we received even 20 or even orchids. I have to laugh at places like this thinking they have anything close to a business instead of a fraudulent scam.

Terrible. Sent an orchid to my mom (what my father used to get her because she loved them) Sent the smallest orchid ever in a box literally 3 times its size for 80$. Emailed and got an AI answer accusing me of manipulating photo angles. (Flower was right next to the box, taken by my 72 year old mom) Terrible company. Terrible service. Check their IG photos with 3 likes and 100 angry comments. Please avoid

I made an order over the phone with these guys. About 10 - 20 minutes later they emailed me to say they changed the delivery date for 5 days later due to supply shortage. I immediately called back minutes after getting this email and cancelled, and went through a different store. Well... they never cancelled it on thier end and went ahead to deliver the flowers 5 days later and charged me for it still. I contacted them after my dad called to ask why i sent 2 different flower deliveries. When i contacted them, the agent told me that i had not cancelled in time - that i had cancelled after the flowers were already in transit. This was a complete lie. I had canceled less than 10 minutes of getting their email! I asked to speak to a manager and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one did. I called back again the next day and was told the same, that they would have cancelled it for me but that I had not cancelled until after they were in transit. Again i asked to speak to a manager and they told me one wod call within 30 minutes. Guess what, no one called. I called my credit card company to dispute this purchase. They could not help me because my dad had accepted the flowers (had he known, he would have refused to accept, and then my credit card people could have reimbursed me.) Which sucks cause how are the people getting the flowers supposed to know to refuse in this senario right? Bloomex refused to refund me for their mistake and instead offered store credit (which i'll never use likely) or a gift basket (which we all know wont equal the real value of my 90 bucks). I brought this to the Better Business Bureau's attention. They mediated between us but Bloomex would not refund me my cash, nor would they admit their mistake. I refused their store credit and gift basket, because human error I understand, and an apology for thier error would have been accepted with store credit. The fact that they refuse to admit there was a mistake on thier end and continue to blame me its absolutely unbelievable! I have the emails, they have records of my calls. So the proof is in there. I feel like ive been scammed and lied to. Terrible service. Oh by the way, if you go through florist.ca that is them as well. Becareful!! Dont get ripped off like I did!

I am very disappointed with Bloomex, I live in Calgary, Alberta. I did command last week on May 4th. i think the flowers with the jar of jam is so nice. its so cool for my mom. My mom live in Quebec near Ontario. its long distance. i missed so much my mom. My mom received the flowers last Friday. Yesterday, I did chatted my mom and my brother Pat. He show me the gift of my mother. its so horrible and disgusting. half flowers are died and half flowers are alive. and the jar of jam is so small then the picture its fake publication. the card is very ugly without love. the letter of love is with the publication discount 15% its very ridicule. i lost 70 dollars. My mom is so sadly. i want to hug my mother. How i have feel about my mother.

They have consistently poor service, flowers substandard, paid for vases that were not provided, missed delivery dates, promised discounts never applied to account. Tried to cancel my account and unsubscribe, but no online avenue to do this. will never use their services again. recommend not using them.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day from Bloomex 2 days prior to Mother’s Day paid $20 extra to have them delivered early in morning It’s the 11th and just got an email saying that they will be delivered tomorrow May 12th Called asking for a complete refund and they would not refund I will never order from here again and hopefully no one else will

I live in Alberta and ordered a bouquet of mother's day flowers for my mother in law in the Hamilton, Ontario area early in the week to ensure we could get in the queue. Payment was processed and delivery was promised for early on Mother's Day. This was so important to our family for specific reasons disclosed to the CSR. They failed to deliver the flowers as promised. I've been trying to sort out what happened, spending 2 hours on hold getting disconnected each time and told they were having courier issues and that a supervisor would call me back within 48 hours. Completely unacceptable with an utter lack of competent customer service. I then accidentally hit 1 for a new order and was answered almost immediately, but when they found out the reason for the call, I was conveniently placed on hold for another 15 minutes before getting disconnected once again. I've emailed their customer care contact, and have left a message at their head office in Calgary for a call back. As far as our family is concerned, never again!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bloomex this Mother’s Day. I paid an extra $20 for guaranteed delivery between 9am–12pm, but the flowers never arrived at all. After calling customer service multiple times, I was finally told that the warehouse never processed my order. Despite this being completely on their end, they are now refusing to provide me with a refund. This was supposed to be a special Mother’s Day gift, and instead it turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. Charging extra for a delivery window you cannot fulfill and then denying a refund for a failed order is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before ordering from Bloomex.

The flowers I received for Mother’s Day arrived in a box that was left in the mail locker, as I opened the box I saw that the flowers were the worst quality, they were stuck in a little oasis wrapped in green plastic and the glass vase was loose in the box. The flowers were old and just like something you would get on sale in a supermarket and stuck them in a box! Very , very unprofessional, a ripoff. Don’t use this company, horrible service!

Je suis très contrarié du bouquet que ma mère a reçu pour la fête des mères. Vous avez envoyé un message annonçant que les fleurs seraient différentes à mon bouquet choisi dans votre site Web. Mais franchement, c'était plus un bouquet pour funerailles. Tout en blanc au lieu des couleurs printanières. Au moins la fleuriste a inclus 2 petits rouges. C'est comme une fleuriste qui a choisi des restants de fleurs. Pas de couleurs. Pas de roses. Enfin, un bouquet tellement laid!! Quelle expérience désagréable cette année.
