If you value relationships with your loved ones, you will not use this service. They over promise and do not deliver. Bloomex customer service personnel (when you actually get to a live person and not a bot) appears to be trained to provide false information and continue to delay. I was consistently told that my flowers were "in transit" yet never received. I was given tracking numbers for 2 different couriers (for the same package?) – and when I contacted the first company they had no record of the tracking number and for the second courier company it was for a package that wasn't mine. And I was told that my matter was being investigated/escalated/referenced for a refund – yet none of these happened. Finally, they have the audacity to blame COVID - the pandemic is painful enough without this company leveraging it for their poor and non-existent performance. In short, this company is not to be used or trusted. I wish they would spend as much time making good on their promises as they do obfuscating, delaying and ultimately not delivering!
