Good evening, I ordered flowers for my Mom for Christmas but when they were delivered they were out in the cold too long and most of the arrangement was frozen. Plus I had paid for the largest size but didn’t get it. I wrote and let them know and the next morning the absolutely most perfect arrangement arrived and she was just so thrilled. I was shocked that new ones were sent out and double shocked how fast they arrived. I will absolutely deal with Bloomex again and will tell all my family and friends.
