Ordered flowers to be sent to a seniors home. Floral was ordered on the 29th of December 2022. I contacted bloomex on the 2nd of January regarding the flowers as they still had not been delivered. The woman on the phone said nothing could be done as they were in transit. I informed her that I ordered them on the 29th and they said in transit then and were scheduled for delivery on the 30th. Bloomex was called again on the 3rd of January as I had not heard anything. They said the flowers were delivered to the home the recipient was staying at on the 3rd. I received a text from her daughter telling me to ask for my money back as the flowers were so terrible looking below are pictures of what I bought and what was sent.
