This is the second and last time I will use Bloomex, the first order arrived 4 days late and in very poor condition.
The second order was a day late when I asked it be cancelled, I was told I cannot be cancelled because it was in delivery.
In fact it was not in delivery. It did not arrive for another 3 days and when it arrived it was in such poor condition the recipient did not accept the package. Now Bloomex is refusing to issue a refund.
I have paid for services I have not received. Bloomex is a terrible company and do not recommend them to anyone.
