Damaged product & no response!
I ordered flowers & a vase for Mother's Day 2023 to a senior's residence.
The delivery man just dropped off the flowers in a box & the vase in bubble wrap at the front desk. When the front desk attendant picked up the bubble wrap vase, it was broken - she could hear the broken glass when holding the bubble wrap.
I received to response to my composition - just a request for a review.
* terrible product
* terrible service
* terrible staff, knowingly delivered a damaged product
