I ordered some sympathy flowers online and was guaranteed same day delivery. I was contacted by an employee and asked if it was ok to deliver in 4 days instead. I let them know it wasn't and tried to cancel the order to order through another same day service. I was guaranteed delivery that day. 3 days later I get a message they are just packing them. I tried to call to can el and the phone number in the email wasn't valid. They have not returned emails.
