We ordered two expensive flower arrangements to be delivered to separate addresses. Both ended up being delivered to our billing address through an apparent default in the Bloomex system. We had received an email saying there had been a change to our order but when we clicked on the link, no details were provided. We called Bloomex to complain and were told simply that the flowers had been delivered to the address on their system (wrong) and that there was nothing further they would do. We asked for a credit and they said no. We asked for our case to be escalated to a manager and they refused. We will never use this company again. A waste of $175. Beware.
