I have never had such a terrible experience trying to get flowers delivered before. I placed the order on March 21st for a 20 Tulip Combo (Supersize) to be delivered to my cousin for her 60th birthday on Friday the 22nd. After i ordered I get an email stating that tulips are no longer available and that they would be substituted with a "designers" bouquet from your florist. The flowers were not delivered on Friday, or Sat, or Sunday. I called twice during that time. First time i was told that they were out for delivery and they would be there by 8pm Saturday night, and the second time I called they said it would be Tuesday before they could be delivered. The flowers arrived Monday morning. In no world are these designer flowers. They look like a $12 bouquet that you would pick up at the grocery store that got dropped a few times on the way to the car. Im pretty sure the vase is from the dollar store. The message on the card was printed on a printer that was running out of ink and was printed on the backside of a coupon that was then taped to a card. This has been a terrible experience from the very beginning.
So not only did they arrive 3 days late but I paid $110 dollars for something that looks like its worth $15.
