I wrote a review a week ago after getting what I though was excellent service. I have used Bloomex for a couple of years now and they have been quite good. But this last time was extremely disappointing. I ordered roses, wine and truffles for my mother's 88th day.
I am in BC and the order was for Ontario. The flowers and chocolate were delivered but the $20 bottle of wine was not included. When I reached an agent they wanted a specific numbrper of pictures in JPEg to prove this. I explained that #1, this was a surprise gift so she didn't know the wine was missing, therefore no pictures were taken other than another elderly friend taking one of her holding the roses. I was told all I could get was a store credit...since I have decided I will not use them I want a refund to my credit card. Not possible, only photo proof can be accepted. I would understand if I was a new customer, but as stated, I have been using this company for 3 years, thay had all my info...all I wanted was either a new bottle delivered or refund to my card. Did I mention I am a 68 year old on a very fixed income myself?
Well, keep the $20..hope it was worth the bad review and a lost customer
