I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend in Quebec for his birthday.
He sent me a photo of the flowers and I was extremely embarrassed. They did NOT look like the photo of the flowers depicted on Bloomex's website, were few in number and the least expensive flowers that one could use.
The cost was $102.24 US .
