I ordered a Christmas arrangement and was ASSURED it would be delivered by Christmas. It was not and now saying it will be December 31 st before it's delivered! Not acceptable! When I tried to cancel they said it was too late..... seriously? You deliver my order 12 days after placing it and say I can't cancel?
Horrible service, will NEVER use this coming again!!
