Ordered a bouquet of white roses and lavendar buds.
Received a bouquet of purple roses, eucalyptus and another kind of white dahlias.
When I told them that they had mixed up the bouquet ; they said that it was the correct one and that it respected their subsitution policy.
Basically meaning that they can send whatever the heck they feel like, not matter what you buy.
Will never use their service in the future.
