Ordered a fruit basket for Friday delivery to Fredericton (no Sat/Sun delivery) for elderly mom. Didn't make "courier connection" so wasn't delivered & I wasn't informed. I called Bloomex on Monday & they said they will send a new order on Tuesday - two days after her birthday! I told them no - cancel the order, I want a refund. Mom calls next day & they've delivered the ordered!!! Call Bloomex back & not only did they lie to me but when I demanded a manager in Canada the agent hung up on me.
I've never had a problem before but this takes the cake in horrendous customer service, deceitful business practices and lack or resolution.
