I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with Bloomex. I ordered funeral flowers, and due to a courier mistake, my order never arrived. Instead of taking full responsibility and offering a refund for the complete failure of their service, they offered me a resend or in-store credit—neither of which were helpful, considering the urgency of the situation.
Because of their incompetence, I had no choice but to pay another company to provide flowers for the service. The lack of accountability and their unwillingness to issue a refund is completely unacceptable. Funeral arrangements are extremely time-sensitive, and this company’s careless mistake added unnecessary stress and cost at a very difficult time.
I would strongly advise against using this company. Their lack of proper customer service and failure to offer a reasonable resolution is unforgivable. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more reliable business.
