We ordered flowers for my brother in law who had just lost his wife of 52 years. The flowers were delivered past the original delivery date and when they were delivered they were left outside in -25 weather. There was no knock on the door , door bell ringing or phone call to let them know the flowers had been delivered. When they were found 28 hours later they were a frozen mess. We kept checking to see if they had been delivered but by the time we got delivery notification it was too late.Bloomex refuses to reimburse us for the flowers. In store credit only. This is the worse customer service experience ever. I will never order from this company again.
