I concur with the comments that Bloomex is a scam. Once you've ordered once they call you again each year to sell to you again no matter how poor their product and service was/is
My last ordered was not hand-delivered, in fact it was left at the front door when it was -30 outside. They also provided no refund for the frozen flowers.
