I recently placed an order through Bloomex Canada, only to discover after the fact that I was charged in USD. As far as I am aware, Canada uses the CAD currency. This pricing discrepancy is not made clear until after the order is completed, which is misleading and unacceptable. Transparency around pricing—especially regarding currency—is a basic expectation. Please clarify why a Canadian-based service is charging customers in USD. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again.
