Ordered 4 days in advance, the following day sent a message to costumer service explaining I needed the flowers delivered before noon or the recipient would be gone. They replied that they received and forwarded my request. The day came, they did not deliver before noon. I called costumer service the worker told me they could not guaranty a specific delivery time and that I should’ve taken the morning delivery option and hung up on me. They had 3 days to tell me that it would not be possible or ask me to pay for morning delivery, but instead they made it sound like it would be taken care of and it wasn’t. The costumer service rep was rude about my complaint, before hanging up on me mid sentence. Would not recommend, never ordering from them again.
