I wish I had checked the reviews before I engaged Bloomex. I lean red this is a low quality, faceless organization that doesn’t care about its customers. I placed an order for a bereavement bouquet of lillies for same day delivery. This to support a work colleague who had recently lost a parent. After the CSR and I landed on the bouquet, they processed the order and took payment. Shortly after I received an email telling me that they didn’t have stock and the lillies would be substituted by another flower. Lillies are what should be sent in this situation, and the company did not check with me and proceeded with the change. I contacted customer support to have them stop the order, but they told me it was already ‘in transit’. They offered no solutions on how to halt the order, and were unable to connect me with any superiors due to ‘policy’. Instead, after speaking with THREE different support agents, the last one agreed to verbally engage their supervisor to have them contact me. I was not interested in hearing from them via email, instead wanting to speak with an accountable person who could take ownership of their service. This was ‘not possible’ and the wrong flowers will/were be sent to my colleague. I’m totally embarrassed about this mistake and will NEVER engage this joke of a company again.
