I ordered two palms for my patio via Wowcher and when they arrived I was very disappointed as they were not as shown in the photo and one of them was damaged!
I then started reading other customer reviews and saw that one lady was charged £10 whilst placing her order - EE charged 81 pence and Blooming Direct took the rest ! Blooming cheek if you ask me and they should be reported to trading standards. I'm glad I couldn't get through on the telephone if that's what they do!!
