Ordered 4 standard roses only had 3 and one stem with no rose shoots, reported had no offer of replacement and won't give me a refund cause it was less than £10 so beware and wouldn't buy from this company again and advise not to bother with them, buy cheap buy twice

I ordered two palms for my patio via Wowcher and when they arrived I was very disappointed as they were not as shown in the photo and one of them was damaged! I then started reading other customer reviews and saw that one lady was charged £10 whilst placing her order - EE charged 81 pence and Blooming Direct took the rest ! Blooming cheek if you ask me and they should be reported to trading standards. I'm glad I couldn't get through on the telephone if that's what they do!!

Well charged £10 for a telephone call whilst placing an order. This took 15 minutes and EE took 81p and blooming direct pocketed the rest. I call that theft and no where do you tell people that you have this scam going on. I'd like that money back

My bottle brush tree arrived yesterday, desperate for water, it had brown snapped branches on it and today it’s just hanging down although I’ve watered it, supposed to be a patio tree it’s definitely not I’m very disappointed I’m not sure it will survive, never again

I bought a plant for my mother from your company via the Woucher site last April 2020 and it looked dead when I received it. I kept it as I thought I’d leave it a year to see if it would come to life this year but no, it is dead. I’ve emailed to ask for a full refund but no response.

Ordered an apple tree spent just under 29 pounds. Tree arrived very badly damaged. They sent another which had scab apple disease and this too was broken. Was promised a refund for whole amount only got postage. Please save yourselves heartache and money AVOID

I ordered a lemon and orange tree from Blooming Direct. The orange is flourishing but the lemon is dead. It was 44 days since delivery so they refused to do anything. And they have a guarantee that they will replace any hardy plant if it fails. But even though their own description said “winter hardy to -5c” they said it wasn’t hardy. Really bad customer service in my view. Will never shop there again.

Long waiting can't contact just have to send email and when it arrived all the plant look half dead Very dry how can you send this out to the customer, no way they look like the picture in the website very disappointed and please avoid not recommend to anyone.

Do not use bought a plant via wowcher the poor thing is half dead and full of disease. Wowcher not interested I very much doubt this lot will be either AVOID

Terrible service I have been waiting 3 months for my order have sent 3 e mails have had no reply no refund .I would not recommend them to anybody best thing to do is order from someone else never use this company I think they are a fraud.v

Blooming Direct has failed to deliver one of my five order items despite my repeated emails (order nbr OR6671886). I also sent them photos relating to two of the plants they delivered which were poor quality. They have not acknowledged any of my communications and so I conclude they simply cannot be trusted. I therefore strongly recommend that prospective buyers go elsewhere for their purchases.

Terrible service, no response to any of my emails, waiting time a bit longer that states when you order but could understand that The state of plants i order horrible Just hoping they will recover Avoid if you can

Following a problem with an order I placed in March I was promised a refund. in 14 days. Needless to say it is now mid June and no refund. I would advise people not to purchase from this company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY....... POOR DELIVERY TIMES, MUST BE ADVERTISING STOCK THAT THEY DON'T HAVE.... ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 14 WORKING DAYS!!! i WROTE TO GARDNERS WORLD WHO USE THIS COMPANY ON THEIR WEBSITE AND GOT MY MONEY BACK NEXT DAY

My advice is if you have a problem with your order do not phone them on the premium rate number. Call them on their free phone order line number which will take you directly to YouGarden not wowcher/blooming directwhich answers straight away. Ask them why they have not sent your delayed order and still taking new ones?? I asked them for refund and got it within a day or two. Please note that when ordering they may say a few days delivery but it can be between 21 and 28 WORKING days. If buying through wowcher phone your bank and get them to refund the money. Tell them you were mislead thinking you were getting from blooming direct not you garden (see their bad reveiws as same company but different name)

Blooming direct are suppose to be supplying my 2 fuchsia trees whom I ordered though living social another usless company who have been payed have been chasing them for over 3wks said order was with blooming direct would be delivered 21 June wount hold my breath first and last time will deal with them ,advice do not deal with wowcher,living social our blooming direct bottom feeders that all thay are

WE ARE THRILLED WITH THE SERVICE AND PLANTS WERE FIRST CLASS JUST DELIVERED ! 2 DAYS AFTER THEY DISPATCHED … HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL EVRYTHING VERY FIRST CLASS ...EMAILED AND GOT IMMEDIATE RESPONSE … IT'S THE BEST FIRM WE HAVE EVER HAD PLANTS FROM 5 STAR PLUS FROM US , REALLY PLEASED

Ordered 3 bags of compost March 29th and paid £44.94 which included my FREE delivery of £17.97. As of April 20th composted had not arrived. I made numerous phone calls and sent emails chasing my order until eventually someone did answer and told me, my order had not been processed. I was told I would have to wait another 21 days for the delivery. This was not acceptable so I cancelled my order. A full refund was promised within 5 working days. Since I cancelled my order I have had to make more phone calls and send more emails to get my refund. Eventually I received a refund on JUNE 1st. To my astonishment the cost of my phone calls, chasing my delivery then refund cost me £48.05. So ,ordering 3 bags of compost which I didn't receive cost me £48.05. Was Blooming Direct sympathetic? NO This company should be investigated by Trading Standards.
