Ordered 3 bags of compost March 29th and paid £44.94 which included my FREE delivery of £17.97. As of April 20th composted had not arrived. I made numerous phone calls and sent emails chasing my order until eventually someone did answer and told me, my order had not been processed. I was told I would have to wait another 21 days for the delivery. This was not acceptable so I cancelled my order. A full refund was promised within 5 working days.
Since I cancelled my order I have had to make more phone calls and send more emails to get my refund. Eventually I received a refund on JUNE 1st.
To my astonishment the cost of my phone calls, chasing my delivery then refund cost me £48.05. So ,ordering 3 bags of compost which I didn't receive cost me £48.05.
Was Blooming Direct sympathetic? NO
This company should be investigated by Trading Standards.
