My advice is if you have a problem with your order do not phone them on the premium rate number. Call them on their free phone order line number which will take you directly to YouGarden not wowcher/blooming directwhich answers straight away. Ask them why they have not sent your delayed order and still taking new ones?? I asked them for refund and got it within a day or two. Please note that when ordering they may say a few days delivery but it can be between 21 and 28 WORKING days. If buying through wowcher phone your bank and get them to refund the money. Tell them you were mislead thinking you were getting from blooming direct not you garden (see their bad reveiws as same company but different name)
