Purchased 10 raspberry canes, guaranteed to bloom this summer season. Arrived eventually but all dead, despite following exact instructions. I refuse to pay costly 0844 telephone number charges so looked up normal phone number on web site -not working, customer services e mail on web site also seems faulty. Furious as we spent a lot of time and money buying fence posts and wires etc to tie in the canes that all looked pretty dead on arrival anyway. realise this can happen, but why can't the company be contacted on a normal telephone line??
