Ordered on the 31st March. Customer service is appalling, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails. Sales staff try to help but even they can't access my account. I was told I might receive my order this week. Terrible service. All other online nurseries have been amazing in the current crisis. Will now contact the retail ombudsmen. Courtesy goes a long way!
